I am so glad we found this place! The ladies that work there are very nice and helpful. They have tons of really amazing sausages, lunch meats, cheeses and pickles. We love their brats and chicken apple sausages. In addition the Genoa Salami is next level. If European sausages is your thing, this should be your go to place.
This place is absolutely amazing. The only place my wife and I will go for the best meat and chorizo in town. Mattie and Lindsay are a joy to talk to. Personal, professional, and overall great people.

The best sauages and great service ALWAYS! Finding linguisa is difficult, to have the choice of smoked or fresh is a treat! We have tried just about all the sausages, dogs, beef sticks and have not been disappointed. Oh so delicious!
Great place for your homemade sausage. Also other great meats. This place is worth the visit. Closed on SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY !
There is only one problem with Schreiner's Fine Sausage, it's a 20 mile drive from my home. Their freshly made-on-site sausage is so good you will never shop for sausage at your local grocery store again. Their vast variety of sausage and cold cuts can be overwhelming. Rest assured, there are sausages to fit everyone's palate.
This place is the best ever! The variety of specialities is astounding, and every one we have tried exceeded our expectactions. Talented butchers and meat processors are becoming rare and we hope this business thrives through the challenges!
Spent summers as kid in Melrose, MN. at grandma's house. The German sausage from local butcher was amazing. Later in life my old man discovered a replica of that sausage in Yakima, WA. He would drive from TriCities, WA. 70 miles just to get it. During my 23 years in Hawaii and 16 years in Vegas, every trip to TriCities to visit and fish, included a drive to Yakima to load up on sausage. I don't have to do that anymore. The smoked Polish, Hungarian and Portuguese sausage at this place is just as good. If not better. Thank God !!
