The sandwiches are stuffed and the pastrami is lean! Everything looks so good so we tried the Matzoh Ball soup, pastrami and egg salad - all excellent! My uncle had a standard breakfast and the bacon was premium and the eggs were perfect! We will be headed back!
Ok, so l might be a tad bias. Actually no bias needed here. Scott's Generations is simply the best N.Y. Style Deli west of Katz's on Houston St. After 28 years plus in our valley, Scott and crew really have it down! And now it's gorgeous too. Bright, modern, but without losing the atmosphere everyone loves. If you haven't tried "Scott's" yet, your in for a real treat! If you have, welcome home.��
If you are around 7th Ave and Glendale Ave in Central Phoenix and are in the mood or hungry for a good New York Style Deli, please stop by and enjoy, Scott’s Generations. This is our newest find but they have been serving the valley since the 1980’s Try a Knish or. French Dip or a Monte Cristo or anything they have to offer you will not be disappointed. One more thing the Mazo ball soup is excellent 😋 The food is delicious and their servers always have a smile 😊.

The food wasn’t bad especially for what I expected. I had a burger and fries. My boyfriend had a breakfast sandwhich which he said was good.
Service was a little slow.
We sat on the patio and a lot of the chairs and tables were cabled together so we had to struggle for a while to get a place to sit.
Delicious food, attentive service, and pleasant atmosphere. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. I visited early on a weekday morning, when it wasn't especially busy. My coffee cup never ran empty.

First time here and i got the Reuben with half pastrami half corned beef and it was FABULOUS! Everything on the plate was delish, the meat, the bread, the thousand island, the deli mustard, the pickles, homemade fries (not frozen) and cole slaw. 10 out of 10 for a Reuben sandwich. Will DEF go back : ) Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Food came out FAST.
The first deli we’ve found that really tastes East Coast.

I went here for a mid-afternoon lunch, by the time I got here around 1pm it was pretty quiet, people finishing up their meals.
I ordered a grilled cheese (cheddar/sourdough) with fries, it also came with coleslaw and pickles. It was delicious and a great value for the quality. The place was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very attentive.
Excellent NY Deli! I had the hash mash skillet everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. 4.5 stars
Holy sammiches! These sandwiches are BIG and SOOO delicious! Mouthwatering goodness with ginormous portions. Definitely worth the drive from the East Valley to come check this place out!
