My spouse and I had an amazing lunch here our first time in. The owner and staff were all so friendly and the food is amazingly fresh and notably made with love. I brought my parents in for lunch when they visited from out of town and they, too, were blown away by the freshness and combination of flavors. From the chicken to the wraps to the tea to the chocolate cake and lemon bars, everything is delectable! The amazing food and extraordinary hospitality makes this spot a new favorite! So grateful to have a place like this in the community.
Stopped in to kill some time while my son was at karate. Brought my daughter in for a little dessert. What a lovely and cozy place. My daughter had a chocolate bomb filled with mousse and I enjoyed a latte in some wonderfully buttery leather armchairs and read the Ahwatukee newspaper and enjoyed her company. The owner was amazing to us and made us feel very welcomed and treated me to a biscotti. This will be our new spot no question. I have yet to have dinner there, but their menu seems amazing. I love this place and I am all about supporting local. Best of luck!!!! This place is a gem!!!!
Our soccer game was rained out and we just found this place randomly. Glad we did. The food was delicious. My family tried everything from smoothies and muffins to the chicken crepes. Everything was delicious. The owner is super friendly. Made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time there. It was an awesome experience. I’m actually glad we got rained out. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.
We went for a tasting to have EarlyBaker cater our wedding. So excited!! The food is so authentic and flavorful. The owners are just amazing, and kind hearted, doing so much to help make our special day that much better. The place is just filled with passion for food and desserts. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants clean and delicious eating!!

I had a delightful first time official visit at the Early Baker. We were a large group so they put us In a private dining room. We felt right at home! Adam the owner was prompt at taking our food selections and memorized our names (17 of them). I had their almond croissant once so l knew they had top quality baked goods (a friend brought us their croissants once). Today l had their mango smoothie, it was delicious! Ron had a plain croissant, rich in buttery flavors, big, fluffy and flaky. In no particular order our group picked French Toasts, Lemon crepes, steak & egg, baked egg dish and a large dish of other pastries. The big winner is... The Lemon Crepe! Oui, oui. Crepe oozes with a vibrant lemon cream, topped with lemond curd (l think). Next runner up is the French Toast, a thick homemade brioche smothered in syrup. There were a few Turkish coffees at our table. It smelled like cardamom and that enticing dark roast Arabica coffee grain. I skipped their coffee today as l had already infused my body with caffeine in the early morning. The "steak" and eggs is in fact a roast beef. One of our friends at the table would not have ordered it knowing this. I'm confident that Early Baker will edit this erroneous description promptly.
We paid for our breakfast at the counter. In return we were handed a card with 20% off at our next visit! I found Early Baker to be an outstanding new addition to Ahwatukee. I took a look at their showcased pastries (watch my video), and l was very impressed by their pastry chef' skills. It looks like the perfect bakery to order a custom cake for a special event. We were all very pleased and enthused. Bravo Early Baker!
Quant, rustic interior breakfast and brunch cafe offers elevated egg sandwiches, crepes, frittatas, and pastries. Service is attentive and polite. The egg boat is to die for, and is served with fruit and roasted new potatoes.
Food is wonderful. Instead if fries the sides are chips or salad. Gluten free and vegetarian food available. Cute pet friendly patio. Super clean restaurant and friendly staff. Oh and lots if deserts to choose from. I had the spicy chicken burrito with roasted potatoes....I'm almost embarrassed to say but bought 20 macaroons to bring home! YUM!
Amazing bakery! Family run business with authentic classic French deserts. Her croissants are the flakiest I’ve had in the western US and the ever changing selections keeps me popping in just to see what’s on display. One day it’s a crepe cake, the next-Japanese cheesecake, then a classic Bakewell tart. The service is warm and welcoming too. It maybe easy to overlook this place but for coffee and a pastry, it’s a definite must try. Absolutely delicious.
Fantastic find. I was on a weekend vacation in Phoenix and couldn't sleep Sunday morning. A quick Google search for open restaurants lead me to this gem. They make all their pastries in house! Best croissant I've had in years. The macaroon was perfect. Eat here.

Had the special today. Absolutely fantastic. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly, you can tell he’s proud to be here. Think I found my new favorite place.
Cakes for daughter's birthday - absolutely beautiful. Exceeded expectations. My daughter loved these cakes! Thank you Early Baker.
Just had an amazing breakfast. I got the Early Steak and Eggs platter and it so good. Not crazy size portions, just right. Everything was well seasoned and very tasty. Service was great. You order at counter and they bring it to you. They have bakery items that all looked amazing. I have a food allergy and they were very accommodating. Loved the Turkish coffee! Definitely try this hidden gem.
