I tried here today for the first time, I had the shrimp elote bowl and it was everything!!! The shrimp was seasoned well and the entire bowl was freshly made. The only difference I would have made was having it with Mexican rice instead of the recommended citrus rice. I will try here again to see what else I like!

Elote shrimp street tacos are amazing! This place is clean, quick, nice people working here. Everything was stocked and just what you’d expect from a rubios. We had a very good lunch before going to the airport.

Moved to Seattle for a year, moved back to phx, had Rubios again, forgot how fantastic it is. This location keeps it true to form. We’ll be back for sure.

I ordered a chopped salad with shrimp added, sans tortilla strips, plus a side of guac and Mango tea. It had a moderate amount of shrimp (# 9) but tasted very good. The lettuce was Romaine, mostly the yellow end portions; very little green. It also had tomatoes, cheese, and cabbage sliced thinly, which was nice. Dressing was chipotle ranch: lil' spicy but tasty, just not enough of it. The salad wasn't very filling, but it tasted good.
Guacamole had a nice lime kick to it, but it was so very salty, I couldn't finish it. Kinda disappointed. Mango tea was fine, not bitter or old tasting.
Clean, friendly service. Decent.

The food is excellent: fresh, well-prepared, tasty, and never greasy. Plus, the people working there are nice and they never get our order wrong. We have no complaints and we recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I've never had to wait long for my order. The shrimp burrito is the best I have ever had. Staff is friendly and, most importantly fish tacos on Tuesday makes my wife happy.

Food and service, as usual, was very good. The salsa was a bit watered down. Rubio's usually has the best salsa. The outdoor patio had graffiti on one of the tables and quite a bit of bird poop on the floor (also some panhandler talking to us while we're eating). I'd go back though because the food and service were very good, but I'll eat inside.
