Shane's Rib Shack has become a favorite of mine for three reasons: fantastic food, great value, and exceptional service from Lina. The menu offers delicious options at reasonable prices, and Lina's friendly and attentive service makes every visit memorable. Worth the trip for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience!

Went for customer appreciation and the big dad $6.99 sandwich combo. Never disappointed. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and prompt. Food is always good. And at that price you can't go wrong.

Tried this place at 3:30pm today (a Thursday). It was a bit slow, but the food was shockingly fresh and tasty. We are not typically fast food eaters, but the quality of the food was really good. Everything was hot and the portions were more than enough. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Again, we don't eat fast food often, but I didn't walk away disappointed I spent $25 on chicken, fries and mac and cheese.

Deducted 1 star due to pricing practices.
Been visiting Shane's for 10 years ... price rises outpaced inflation ... and they added customer unfriendly surcharges in the last year (ex: .30 cents per wing to toss them in BBQ sauce).

The location is in a good spot for easy access right off Happy Valley. The place is always inviting and staff are friendly. A friend and I had grabbed some food here when we caught up with one another. The food we ordered was good.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The man at the counter was awesome. I should have got his name, but EXCELLENT guy. Helpful, offered insight into the menu, friendly, etc.
For the food....This place was hyped up to me a little bit, and it mostly delivered. Tbh, the chopped pork was delicious, but nothing separated it from other places...but...other items were highlights for us. Slaw was good on the sandwich or stand alone. Peach cobbler and fried Okra were both legit and delicious and I highly recommend.
The people we interacted with is what made the food even better. We drove 30 minutes across the Phoenix metro area to eat here and the customer service alone was worth the drive.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The "tenders" were more like a chicken breast seasoned and cut in half; very tasty. The side were also pretty good. I was full and had leftovers.
