I had been to this place back in 2011 (the last time I was in the area). I chose this location as it was the closest to me (21 miles) but I wanted something a little different. Did not disappoint in terms of side dishes. The area is a lot more built up since I was last here and much busier but worth the drive. The Texas toast and peach cobbler is were outstanding; perfectly toasted bread with just the right amount of butter. The cobbler was perfection, not too sweet and not tart; another perfect Southern treat. Haven’t tried the smoked wings yet but they smell awesome. The sweet tea is that good old fashioned down home Southern tea that makes you go into a diabetic coma.
Food was fantastic. The tenders were incredibly juicy and delicious, and the ribs were amazing.
I didn't realize how good the food was here, I'll have to go more often!
Shane's Rib Shack has become a favorite of mine for three reasons: fantastic food, great value, and exceptional service from Lina. The menu offers delicious options at reasonable prices, and Lina's friendly and attentive service makes every visit memorable. Worth the trip for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience!

I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The "tenders" were more like a chicken breast seasoned and cut in half; very tasty. The side were also pretty good. I was full and had leftovers.
Went for customer appreciation and the big dad $6.99 sandwich combo. Never disappointed. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and prompt. Food is always good. And at that price you can't go wrong.
Tried this place at 3:30pm today (a Thursday). It was a bit slow, but the food was shockingly fresh and tasty. We are not typically fast food eaters, but the quality of the food was really good. Everything was hot and the portions were more than enough. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Again, we don't eat fast food often, but I didn't walk away disappointed I spent $25 on chicken, fries and mac and cheese.
Our first time, 2 weeks ago, was incredible. Everything was hot, fresh and perfectly cooked. Yesterday, 07-13 about 7:45pm, it wasn't. Ribs were dry, fried chicken strips were almost over done, dry and the shredded chicken was very dry. Beans and mac n cheese were good but not hot, luke warm. Toast was great tho. 5 and 3 makes it 4 stars. I like their BBQ sauces.
Not busy and great food if you’re a carnivore.
Brisket sandwich was much better than I expected. It was juicy, flavorful and they don’t skimp on the meat. I paired it with the their spiciest sauce which is only peppy, not spicy. The coleslaw is pretty basic, about the same as what you’d get from KFC. If I was in the area I would eat here again.
Love this restaurant! When I went in I was greeted and the owner came by while we ate to ask us about our meal. The food is really good, I got the Grilled Chicken salad as a healthy alternative and it was satisfying and tasty. The restraunt is clean and seems like new.
