The best bread

I love their bread and go out of my way to buy it at the store or farmers markets in town. The owners are really nice and passinate about their food. I recommend anything on the menu and you should check it out. The bread is to die for great!

I am a big proponent of local businesses and love this place. They have great lunch options nice sandwiches, avocado roasts, salads and even pizzas.

But being a transplant from North East I absolutely love their breads and come here just for the bread and pitas. In the couple years we have been in the valley this place has become our go to place for simple wholesome bread.

Tip: If you like their pita you can buy pita here like the bread, just call in and order ahead of time as they don’t always bake pita for sale, most times they have enough for their lunch.

Simple yet flavorful dishes such as sandwiches, grain bowls, and soups showcasing quality ingredients and their superlative freshly-baked bread. Order a limeade and grab a seat in this small, cozy spot.  I've only been once but loved my Salame Rosa sandwich stacked with spinach, mozzarella and a drizzle of vincotto/sapa.  My husband was just as happy with his Fra' Mani Sweet Apple Ham with arugula, manchego and goat horn peppers.

With a small outpost and a charming script sign, Noble Bread is a perfect midday lunch stop for rotating market fresh sandwiches and noshes. The parking is slightly cramped but everyone seemed to find some corner to pull up and grab a bite to eat. There is a small patio with a few tables and inside the great big windows looking out on McDowell let in a beautiful natural light that spills across the worn wood tables seating two folks each and then one long table with benches.

The menu is fresh farm sourced ingredients that change daily with three sandwiches being offered one at least featuring pork and one specifically veggie along with hearty grain salads, and smorgas or little flatbreads roasted and covered with seasonal selections. The bread as to be expected is balanced with crunchy burnt bits, chewiness, and richly toasted grain flavors and is surprisingly thin acting as more of a pocket for what were flavor packed bites of mortadella, sardo, greens, and a spicy pickled peppers. All sandwiches come with a side salad that was well dressed and was bright, acidic, and a perfect pairing.

Only open for those lunch hours but I'll happily keep updated on their daily selections and swing on by when I need that perfectly done sandwich!

Very Simple but high quality ingredients .....Outstanding Bread done by a master baker. The very small eatery at the time of this review is only open 10:30-3 Mon.-Fri. The daily changing menu featured today a soup, a few fresh produce sides, mostly vegetarian sandwiches and at least one pork sandwich. All the sandwiches are house baked in a uniqiue high quality fresh crusty thin baked bread pockets. They also offer Smorgas that are chunks of crusty bread piled high with a filling and one flat bread. Everything we tried was good. The dining room is small and tables are close together. This is casual dining. You order at the counter and seat yourself.

Neighborhood bakery shop with a very fast service. I got my order within 1 minute. I got the Italian on Semolina Roll and Semolina bread. The sandwich was delicious especially there were a touch of chili flake and pickle chili and salami was spectacular. The bread was chewy (nice way) with sesame on top. On the back of the bread’s bag, there is a recommendation how to keep the bread and how to eat them in the different stage of the freshness. Very caring. Will revisit.

A must visit neighborhood bakery shop with extremely fast service. Very relaxed environment and all the food is freshly made. Most of the bread was already sold out by lunch time. We enjoyed the hummus and the pizza.

Popular place for lunch so it does get busy. Orders are taken and served quickly. Super relaxed atmosphere and the food was freshly made and very tasty. We were sure to buy a loaf of their delicious bread to take home.

Always new selections and interesting combinations of food. Be there before 1:30 if you want the popular stuff as they often sell out. Great sandwiches! Also know they close at 3 - new location is larger and has more parking and seats- food is still great!

Absolutely delicious!! Near a great park for eating (not sure if they have indoor dining yet). They sell bread in-house as well as great salads and sandwiches!! I really enjoyed the Italian Salad!! A great mix that was seasoned really well!!

Noble bread is simply the best in AZ. Any great restaurant features their goods. I love their sour dough bread. They also have super good sandwiches, stop in if you are in the area of their shop!

Absolutely everything they do at Noble is a home run! Their sandwiches are sensational, their take and bake meals are a crowd pleaser for all, their bread is in a league of its own, and I look forward to going every week. Do yourself the favor and make a trip here!

Excellent sandwiches, friendly and personable cashier, can't say the same about the guy in the Yankees cap. Mr. Gruffguy and no it's not it a New York thing _ I'm from NY. I still go for the food February 15 2022: back for the roast pork sandwich. I enjoy the food but it will be a while before I go back because the "service" except for one young woman (not there today) is ridiculous. I don't expect to be treated as someone special, I just expect to be treated as a customer, a customer spending $12.50 for a sandwich 😶 I also know the next time I buy lunch there I will not bother leaving a tip when the guy at the register has no reaction whatsoever to my leaving money in the tip jar or can or whatever it is. Not even thanks, no acknowledgment at all 😑 I tip everywhere, even the coffee section at Whole Foods, and everywhere but here there is some appreciation. No more.

This place rocks. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, great staff. Will definitely grab a sandwich here anytime I’m in the mood for one. Can’t get over how amazing the bread is here, the noble bread is a game changer. Thank you for offering real food and a quality product.

Guys this place is AWESOME! The first time we tried the pastry box at work the team devoured these tasty treats in a day. This time, thanks to Pete, Andrea and Dani they sponsored breakfast for our entire crew of volunteers so they would feel spoiled while they got to spoil Arizona's foster kids. We can't thank them enough. Noble Bread is a true community partner.
