It is also extremely clean, It has been my go to place for gyros in the valley.
Whether you dine in, take out or get delivery Athena Pita is an awesome place.

I’m from out of town and had no idea where the best places to eat were! Came here off a high standing recommendation from a friend and I’m so glad I did. The food was incredible. I need gluten free options and after telling the man at the counter about my dietary restrictions, he recommended the gyro salad! I was pleasantly surprised at how big the YUMMY salads were. Such a delicious meal, wonderful service and smiles and overall a great atmosphere.

This little spot is my favorite Greek in Phoenix. They keep it simple and do it very well. The food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. It’s clean and they’ve done a really nice job with the decor for a little strip mall joint. I think the only thing that would make me love them more is if they had fresh brewed iced tea instead of the machine.

Amazing portions. Nice seasoned fries that are perfectly cooked to give larger cut fries a crispy exterior that won't go soft after its cooled like most frys. The only complaint is that the tomatoes are cut a bit thick on the gyros, so you have bites that are almost 80% tomatoe (i may have just gotten a poorly prepared gyro they might not all be this way). But the staff was super friendly and polite. Over all its great food. The price is pretty comparable to fast food prices between $10-$14 for a meal that includes frys and a drink. but you get much, much bigger portions. Their lobby was also very clean as well, a little small but well taken care of. I'll definitely return.

Awesome Greek restaurant!! It was my first time while visiting the Phoenix area. The giros, the baklava, and the fries with the pink garlic dipping sauce are very addictive.
The staff was very friendly and if you don't know what each dish includes they didn't hesitate to explain or even offer a small sample.
Best experience and definitely a place to grab lunch.

Oh yeah this place was great I haven't had french fries that delicious in a long time I don't know what they do to him but it's like a chicken batter or something on them and they were crispy and the gyro was awesome so I'll be going back next Tuesday on the 19th to eat there again while I'm waiting on my car to be done at the Best get the fries.dwayne

The 3 meat coming was so good. I got gyro, chicken, and beef. The meats had so much flavor and cooked to perfection. The fries they serve were probally the best I ever had. Will be returning

One of the best restaurants hands down food 10/10 customer service even better. The shawarma combo made me wanna jump out of my seat. The fires were delicious. The hummas+ the fries I could eat everyday. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. God bless Athena peta

I ordered the falafel plate and a baklava dessert for take out; it was all so good. The rice was the perfect texture with flavor and the falafels were deliciously seasoned. The Greek salad was crisp, savory and tangy. The restaurant is cozy, clean and the staff were polite and attentive. I will definitely return to the restaurant to try other platters and have more falafels.

I've never ate here in person but I order delivery fairly frequently. I made a note on my order today to please not forget my salad because I didn't receive one on a previous order. So they sent me 2 salads with my food today lol awesome customer service and amazing food. Also, their garlic sauce is to die for.

Ok so this is a chill out of place spot! Do yourself a favor and skip all the other places in this strip mall and only eat here. I got the #10 Chicken Kebab with fries and a Diet Coke. 1. The presentation says it all 2. Fries made fresh and hot and crispy, delish 3. Pita soft and fresh 4. Meat tender and seasoned perfectly 5. Veggies garden fresh! All together amazing. They have salads, plates and pitas. Can’t wait to come back OR order for delivery from here!
