Dave & Buster's Phoenix - Scottsdale

We celebrated our sons 16 birthday there and were seated downstairs a party of 6. We were 1 of 3 large parties seated downstairs. Our waitress could have been anyone, but we were so very lucky and got a young lady named Jayne(I hope I spelled her name right). Jayne laughed and made my teenager feel so very special. She made sure to engage everyone at the table, and even though we told her not to fret, we weren't in a hurry she made sure we had our drinks and appetizers right away. I think my teenager said it best when he said " I was tired from a tournament and really had no energy but Jayne made me laugh and by the time we left she was like an auntie and I hope we get her every time we go. She made my birthday even more special. She even saved my card from the table and made sure I remembered it. It had the $50 my brother gave me in it. That was cool mom she's awesome." So Jayne, this mommy thanks you, and I wish you a world of happiness for helping make my baby boy's special day absolutely perfect. Truly, we can't thank you enough, and we know he will always remember his 16th birthday with a smile. We will return again and will call first to make sure you are our girl!

I do enjoy my time at Dave & Buster's, but I rarely play on any of the arcades anymore. When arcades go cashless, it suddenly seems to jack up the price. Spend $10 minimum for an even number of tokens while every game takes an odd number, leaving you with tokens left over to make you feel like you need to buy more. You always have at least 1 leftover. Staff are always very polite and kind. One time at this very Dave & Busters, I arrived and waited for my date, I ordered a drink and waited... and waited... for 4 hours. Staff kept checking up on me, and when I finally asked for the cheque, because my date stood me up, they gave me the drink for free and wished me luck. The atmosphere is always bright and cheerful, I haven't been bowling, but I have spent hours upstairs in the arcade. Everyone is smiling. It has my favourite arcades machine, Halo Fireteam Raven, though it doesn't have the Halo card reader, which tracks your stats online. I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, but I'd love for that to be fixed.

I came here on a Saturday night, and the bartender Daniel at the bowling alley was fantastic. Honestly made my friend and I's night. Great conversation and service. Really quick and even had made us some surprise drinks. It was some type of berry margarita. I recommend if you are coming here to grab food and drinks. Ask if Daniel is working. Makes the experience so much better. And Lastly THANK YOU DANIEL!

Dave & Buster's was the perfect spot for my son's birthday party! The arcade was stocked with a good variety of games, and the staff was super helpful in making sure everyone had fun and if a game went down they got it working. My son's favorite game was Dance Dance Revolution. He spent a good hour showing off his moves. Overall, we had an great time at Dave & Buster's. The kids like coming here, and we parents can relax and enjoy ourselves too. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and affordable birthday party venue. This is my 2nd time using them for this.

Came here to watch the ufc fights. We got there early so we could eat and it wasn't too busy. It's a huge place that has a section to sit and eat and be served, a sports section where you are served further away, some bowling alleys and upstairs a huge arcade room. We sat and ate and had a few drinks first. The waitress was nice and brought our orders to us pretty quickly. The boneless wings were good, it was nice we could choose 2 flavors. The frys were great! Then we got a Flatbread pizza to share and the cheese was definitely not baked long enough. I also got a couple of drinks which were A+ I would come back to order them again. After we were done, we went over to play pool for the rest of the night. It's nice they don't charge you upfront, they charge you after you bring the pool supplies back. I then ordered a second drink from the pool tables and there was no taste of alcohol and the glass was nearly all ice. Super inconsistent from the SAME drink I ordered earlier. I would go back but only order drinks from the restaurant side if I'm actually seated.

We recently came the Tatum location for my daughters 11th birthday party and had an incredible experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and we had been working with the events staff to book the party and get everything organized. Unfortunately there were some issues on our part and we didn’t finish the process to finalize the reservation. We showed up with guests and family and a large group and didn’t have any place to have it! Very stressful. Yamen Sirrieh the general manager was amazing and not only took care of us but he got us into the same party place we wanted to reserve including someone assigned to handle our group and party. He literally saved the day from being a huge disaster. Thank you Yamen and Tristan (our server) so much for all your help and flexibility to make our day a great one! You rock! 🤙
