I haven't been here in quite some time but decided to come by on my work lunch. The server was quick to take out orders and we got our food really quick. The burger was just as amazing I remember it was. The staff is awesome and the place is clean and tidy. This place sells beers and the amount of awards and recognition is definitely well deserved. The loaded fries were amazing and you can't go wrong with any burger. Highly recommend this place as the food is excellent!

Today sunday I had the pleasure of dining at Aioli Gourmet Burgers with my oldest son and it was nothing short of a culinary delight. The star of the evening was the New Mexico burger, an exquisite creation that tantalized my taste buds in every bite. The patty, juicy and cooked to perfection, was beautifully complemented by the rich, spicy kick of the green chili. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that danced in my mouth.
What really took the experience over the top were the fries. They weren't just an afterthought, but a standout on their own. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, each fry was a perfect vehicle for the flavorsome seasoning that had been masterfully applied. They were so good that I found myself savoring each one.

Came here with the family, and it was great. Clean bright restaurant. Helpful friendly staff. Had the Black and Blue, the California, and the Truffle Mushroom Burgers. We had the Roasted Farm Veggies,the Loaded Fries, the Onion Rings, and the Sweet Potato Fries. Would for sure come back!
This little 💎 is a cool little 🍔 spot. The cashier was a doll. He was funny, friendly, and patient. The food was hot, fresh, and the place was clean. My only complaint was my fried pickles were a little on the burnt side! I will visit again!
In search of the perfect burger, may I suggest Aioli Gourmet Burgers. They have 3 valley locations. My stop was at the 32nd, and Shea store. Tasty, amazing, wonderful, these are all adjectives one could use when describing their Burgers . I had the Black-N-Blue burger and fries topped with crumbled blue cheese, Arugula, Applewood bacon, caramelized onions, and black pepper aoili it was soooo good! My wife had the classic burger served with 1000 island aoili, and for her side, she chose the roasted farm vegetables served with a red pepper Romesco sauce, which were delicious . They also have salads, appetizers, premium shakes, and floats. Can't wait to try some of their other burgers.
I recently ate at Aioli Gourmet Burgers with my husband and children. My husband raves about it, so I wanted to give it a try. The burgers were perfectly cooked. I ordered the one with egg and avocado (California?). Delicious! Everyone in my family ordered something different, and we were all pleased.
The dipping sauces for the fries are tantalizing. I recommend trying all the sauces, if possible. We had regular fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings to share (and dip).
The restaurant is decorated in an upbeat manner, and I felt like it needed a jukebox. 😉My only complaint was that the table and seats were dirty, but they were busy.
On a scale of 1-10, I give their burgers a 9. I recommend you give it a try.
They have an amazing selection of burgers. Great shakes and lemonade to go with, and a soda pop machine. Small modern look very clean overall. Great display. They also host a challenge call Triple Threat Series to get on the wall of fame or shame. A little expensive but they are worth it, portion size is big and you can always add an extra patty.
So glad we stopped here today. Delicious food. These are burgers done right. We also had the fries, onion rings, and wedge salad and all of those were very delicious as well. This staff was very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be back the kids and me and my wife loved it. The bread was fresh and the meat was cooked perfect and very flavorful. It is obvious to use high quality ingredients here
Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. Generous portions & reasonable prices. A chill atmosphere with quick & friendly service. We will be back & highly recommend trying it if you never have before.

This past Saturday was out first time here and I don't know why we haven't been here sooner. We'll definitely be back.
When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The place was also very clean. It's a walk up order kinda place so we walked up and placed our order. I liked how she asked us how we wanted our burgers cooked. No doubt the burgers are made fresh.
We ordered the Classic Burger, Aioli Burger, fries, beer batter onion rings and the Chocolate Lovers Shake. The order took about 10-15 mins and came out hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious!! The flavor of the burgers were so good. Normally I only eat half a burger but I was about 3 bites shy of eating the whole thing lol. And the shake... O. M. G.! The shake was amazing. I honestly would just go back for the shake when I'm looking for a good dessert.
Even though this is a fast food joint, the staff checked in on us, asked if we needed anything and was even nice enough to clear our plates.
This place is a must!!!
