I was pleasantly surprised by The Counter! I came here for the impossible burger and there were so many options I ended up going with the veggie sandwich; my boyfriend got the Gouda burger with bacon jam. Great service; delicious food; easy location. There are several parking garages and we lucked into a metered spot. Absolutely recommend!

First time here. I thought it was an exceptional place. And I'm normally of the opinion that getting a burger at a table service restaurant isn't worth the price you pay. But it's worth it here. They have a menu with a list of signature burgers you can order, but what sets them apart is that you can custom build your burger by marking up the menu with your choice of each ingredient. See picture below. Our waitor's name was TJ, I think, and both my fiance and I agreed that he must be an experienced waiter. He made the visit a positive experience. As far as my burger, it was cooked just like I asked, medium, it was made of quality ingredients, and was so perfectly seasoned that I was craving it days later. It seems like they have a decent rewards program as well. I'll definitely be going back.

Wow! If you are looking for a good burger place look no further. Big yummy burgers to fit everyone’s taste. You can even build your own with all your favorites. We ordered the parmesan fries they were fabulous and the order is big enough to share with the entire table. Also pictured is an amazing root beer float. Kids are welcome they have high chairs... but adults will enjoy the full bar.

I loved this place!!! I ordered the honey mustard chicken with fries. Oh the chicken soaked in soy sauce it made it flavorable and juicy topped with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The fries oh, so delicious and fresh. Also ordered fried pickles with apricot dipping sauce also very delicious. My friend ordered the avocado BLT with fries.

exceptional fun and great service, he was new but awesome. The burger choices along with calorie counts help to be choosy. I had the Turkey and we had also a 'creative your own' burger. Both were tasty, cheese looked fine, but the taste sensation was there. Not your normal burger, this ones are healthy as healthy as a hormone all natural burger can be. The size were perfect for our late night snack. However for a hungry lumber Jack it will be not enough, those hungry hippos must order the 'make your own' burger and get the biggest paddy possible. Pricing will go towards the $18 range then. otherwise the prices are around $12 plus.
as dessert we had the double chocolate milk shake. So lala, taste, yes it was, the chocolate chips were hacked to very small pieces, not identifiable anymore. Leave them a bid bigger please, little chunks would be perfect, and a little more icecream, not so liquidy...😉👍

First of all the restaurant was not over crowded. Very fast service and nicely served. The food ordered was what we were expecting. We had chosen to create our own burger. Restaurant was clean and offer quite a lot of table. Some menu are suitable for vegetarian if I am not wrong. Highly recommended.

I love being able to choose my protein, cheese, bun (always pretzel), and toppings for my burger. The Counter lets you pick all of this and more. Everything was delicious and cooked exactly as I asked.
There are vegetarian and vegan options available, including the Impossible Burger.

Build your own burgers were delicious, and the no bread options were appreciated. The options were endless for the build your own burger. A solid draft list, plenty of milkshake options. A little bit pricier than expected, but definitely recommended.

Quiet place to have Great burgers. You have the option to build your own burguer. You can choose your ingredients and sides and build a burguer at your convenience. Also you have a menu wich is great as well. The staff is very nice, helping you with anything you need.

You get to choose between salads or existing sandwiches or you can create your own sandwich by completing a form where you choose every single part of your sandwich and this is what I did. It was like really really good.

Winning atmosphere, delicious food, quality service for a fair price. I would highly recommend the roatbeer float, and am order of parm fries for the table (plenty big enough for three or four people)!
You can custom make your burger or salad so great for you friends with unique needs or picky eaters.

Love this place! No fuss build-your-own burger with the option of a gluten-free bun. Omission bottles and Angry Orchard on tap! Needless to say, I go a little crazy every time we come.

After a long flight from SC, I was starving. This place was recommended and the bison burger with Gouda cheese was perfect! I arrived right before the lunch crowd. Great customer service. The menu is a la cart and a bit pricey. If you are looking for a different burger experience, I say try it!

Fun burgers and a beautiful outside patio section woth fireplace and all. Service was great. Crispy onions on the counter burger were amazing. I had the kimchi flavor burger and it was good. Just a tad overcooked for medium. Sweet potato fries, fried onions or skinny fries. All good.
