Visiting downtown Phoenix? Please take time to stop by this wonderful business! It's in the Roosevelt Row (RoRo) neighborhood. Menu is not overwhelming but has some very diverse options. The dishes will open up your eyes like what just happened?! You can try some ceviche Peruvian style, have some Korean bites, or have some wonderful fish or shrimp tacos! Different options to fit everyone's craving... Below are a few options we had.

This place caught me off guard - I’ve known The Dressing Room existed but never really realized they had a full kitchen and served food; I’ve always assumed it was just a bar/cafe. After deciding to check out their menu, I realized they offer a lot of amazingly appetizing dishes that take seem to take a simple yet adventurous approach. The two dishes we ordered are precisely what we were in the mood for, however it was tough not to order other shareables off the menu like the Chorizo Poutine or the Spiced Falafel Gyro. We placed our order and got to fully enjoy the Open-Kitchen design as we sat at the bar top in front of the cook’s workspace, gazing on as we watched each step of our food preparation. We watched as the egg was cooked to perfection, and as mysterious, battered items were added to the fryer. Not too long later, our plates appeared upon us and all of it came together in two artistic masterpieces. The pad Thai salad included the most incredibly delicious fried shiitake mushrooms we’ve ever had - almost a nutty but clean flavor to them. The crunchy texture of the fried mushrooms complimented the soft, chilled noodles in the plate. And as for the Pork Fried Rice, if you’re a texture eater, this dish hits so many marks. We let the undercooked egg ooze out over our rice and meld into the array of flavors present. A few dabs of sriracha on top sets just the right amount of spice to this plate and you can bet we finished every last bite. Final thoughts about this restaurant: the soundtrack was perfect for the vibe of this place; the intimacy with the staff was just right - they were there when needed, interactive, but not invasive; and the actual ambiance and decor seemed to perfectly vibe with the overall vision of what this restaurant is meant to exude. I cannot wait to get back here again and try other menu items. Well done guys!

This is a cute little bistro type place. The menu isn’t very big in the number of items but definitely big in flavor! They have an extensive drink menu that won’t disappoint.

Today I was bumming around Roosevelt Row looking for a spot to do some work. I met up with my friend and fellow digital marketer Viktor on the corner of 3rd st and Roosevelt. For the first time in a long time I was not feeling Tacos. I wanted a burger. A juicy burger with some spice and some sort of mayo-ketchup sauce mix. Viktor suggested a place called The Dressing Room. I agreed and we walked on over. We opted to sit inside as we needed plugs to do a little work on some funnels. The staff was fast to come talk with us and give us menus. We were both starving. We both ordered the RoRo burger with frys. It was exactly what I wanted; a juicy burger, w/ sriracha mayo-ketchup sauce on an English muffin and salty seasoned fries. This was finished off with a cold iced tea as today AZ decided to skip spring and move to early summer. It hit the spot.

I was looking for new place to have lunch and I’m glad I found this place. I tried the RoRo Burger and it was pretty good, juicy patty with gruyere cheese, applewood bacon and pickled onions, the fries seasoning was good, it tasted like chili powder and lime. I’ll be back for more.

Waitress was fantastic. Small space but we didn't have to wait for a table. Not to loud but very trendy and great atmosphere. Fries a little salty but both burger and chilled pad thai salad were great. Both had a bit of a welcomed kick to them.

Pretty good food, very good service. While this restaurant serves “global street food” it is an American restaurant and so it’s more like fusion (at least with the Asian inspired dishes). The galbi appetizer was delicious while the Pad Thai salad was just okay and medium spicy. The service and ambiance made up for what the food lacked.

I was honestly surprised by the quality of the food at the Dressing Room. I didn't really expect much out of the burger I ordered, as it is located basically inside a café. I was even more surprised by the flavor of the fries and the amount I received. Their quantity-quality-price ratio is spot on to what I would consider a good quality restaurant. Their burgers do come medium however, so if you're not okay with that, ask them to cook it more well done. The outdoor seating is pretty nice, and considering it's right next to a roadway in central Phoenix, it's also relatively quiet. I really can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this little hole in the wall! 5 stars!

Awesome coffee and food. We had the gyoza, tostadas, and the pork belly fried rice. All the food was fantastic. The fried rice had a little kick, but nothing was really spicey.
