It's a very pleasant surprise to pick an establishment for dinner and find nothing wrong during our visit. I've been to a Cheesecake Factory before, but this was the first time visiting this location. I enjoyed the evening with four friends. The service was exceptional. My waitress was was very courteous and catered to our every need. All of our menu selections that we ordered were delicious! We all like what we ordered. We liked it so much we started sharing our meals! It was definitely a great choice to enjoy a night out.
Hey Arizona's, what a difference 21 years makes. The last time I was here I was treated horribly by the hostess who judged me by the color of my skin and she thought I was applying for a job and she told me that they were not hiring. I swore never to return to this restaurant but today I gave it up so I can enjoy my day with my daughter and her birthday. Everything was completely different, this experience was amazing, the food, the atmosphere, the service, everything I gave five stars and the company and my family was amazingly beautiful. Thank you Phoenix, Arizona Cheesecake Factory. I truly appreciate the change and the entire evening.
The Cheesecake Factory in Phoenix, Arizona is a fantastic Restaurant. I was visiting my brother and his family for family meal and all the food was perfectly prepared.
Parking is near by; many stores so a short walk; but worth the exercise; especially if you have some cheesecake.
The hostess and servers were all very helpful and friendly.
Families were enjoying their meals.
Handicap accessible. My niece is a Vegan and her favorite Vegan Burger is served here.
It was a wonderful experience I would highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory to everyone.
My wife and I came here on a Friday night and we were helped by our waitress Jasmine. Jasmine was kind, courteous, and very professional. She was eager to answer any questions we had and was super friendly throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Cheesecake Factory.
The food is good, a little expensive, I had the beet salad and as a chef they could have been pickled sauce on top instead of the bottom, little more quinoa not to say that it wasn’t delicious, but they serve it with ketchup with calamari and definitely should’ve been cocktail sauce, so I gave it four star. It’s good, but they could take the food a little farther.
My first time it was good . I had fish tacos my son the meatloaf big portions. Yellow masa cake things were so good. Even my picky daughter loved the pretzel bites.

Awesome customer service, minimal wait, the food was amazing. Brittany was quick and very nice. We ordered the egg role app, Buffalo chicken wings, gumbo, pepper shrimp and four cheese pasta.
Went for a cheeseburger believe it or not. It was so good I enjoyed every bite. Waited in line to get seated and still got sat at the bar. My server was great he was tipped well but for the ones at the front they suck.
