This place was great. Seated super quickly outside on the patio, nice & quiet out there. Some light music would be nice. We both got the Double Dare Ya cocktail, which I would definitely get again! It doesn’t taste strong but it’ll hit ya after your meal for sure 😆! The shorty dip sandwiches was amaazinngggg! The meat so soft & flavorful, the horseradish perfectly spread, & the dip!!! Whheewwww that DIP! was out of this world! I wanted to drink it with a straw! The side Caesar salad was nice also, the fresh homemade croutons were a nice surprise! My friend also loved her bowl, we both agreed we wanted to come back & try more things!

We had a family dinner here. The food was good I got the steak and it was really good. The burrata appetizer was yummy too. We were not real impressed with all the maple syrup on the fried chicken, it was over powering and did not mesh well with the other flavors. The maple syrup is what made me personally not order the fried chicken. The ambiance is very loud if you go at prime time. We were unable to have a conversation anyone could hear after a loud table sat behind us. It was so loud we opted to get dessert somewhere else. I would like to try brunch here.

Was excited to come check out OAK on Camelback after reading some of the story of Chef Bogart taking over the space. We were surprised at the number of empty tables when we walked and our surprise only grew after we tasted the food. The food is excellent! The Thai Style Mussels were incredible, the broth was creamy and spicy and delectable. The house-made naan that accompanied it was pillowy, fresh from the oven, and such a great means of soaking up the broth in the mussels that we had to order an extra portion. I am not typically a fried chicken fan, but on the server's recommendation, I ordered the Forbidden Fried Chicken. It was lightly breaded and the mixture of flavors with the rice, the broccolini, maple syrup, and curry harmonized perfectly. My partner had the scallops and again, the risotto and oil created a perfect accompaniment to the sear on the scallops. We ended with the creme brulee, which was great. The cocktail program was the only area that seemed like it could continue to be developed. The cocktails on the menu tend towards sweet. I ordered a bartender's choice with Mezcal, which was good and an old fashioned, which was also solid. Overall it is a great space, friendly serving team, a chef that could be seen in the kitchen enjoying his craft! Highly recommend!

A great energetic vibe, friendly and attentive service. Had a decent selection of light beers. Wished there had been a porter or brown. Brussel sprouts appetizer was outstanding. Delicious sauce and just enough spicy without overwhelming. Fried chicken was perfectly moist, a little too much breading for my taste. Love that you can turn any salad into a side salad for $5. The Thai salad was fresh, crisp, and refreshing.

When you have a chef owner that came from 7 plus years at a Ritz-Carlton you better expect some amazing flavors and high quality ingredients. Chef Robert is doing an amazing job of elevating your local restaurant to present and serve amazing dishes. They're all full flavor and very unique so you can bring anyone here and they'll be able to find something that they enjoy. They have great cocktails to choose from. Plenty of patio space so big groups or even date nights can all fit. Highly recommend
