I stopped for some treats for my family. Whoopie pie was stale. Also frustrated she couldn't put the goodies in a box or something to transport. (I asked, she said no) I had to balance them on the backseat and drive slow. So maybe her customers usually buy single items? Great cookie though. I guess I expected stellar and got a mixed lot that I had trouble even getting home.

Amazing! There is nothing this good except possibly some homemade from scratch desserts. I just ate a brownie with pecans - I wish I'd gotten another because I didn't want to stop, it is that good, and I'm not really a dessert person. For this I wouldn't just make an exception, I'll make it a rule. We picked up a lemon cake for mothers' day with a gorgeous collection of fresh strawberries artfully placed on top. WOW! It's beautiful, I can hardly wait.

Blueberry Lemony Muffin! To call this a muffin, which it technically is, is as understated as calling Oregon pretty....... On a quick stop for an always rewarded, fun treat, Jill said the new favorite was this muffin and, trusting her knowing judgement, out the door I went, sack in hand, and while seated in the car, unable to resist further, bit into the slightly crispy crusted top and sunk into a lemony-blueberry wonderfulness. Oh...........My.........Word! A flood of texture, memories and flavor transported me to Nana's cottage on Cape Cod where, as a boy picking blueberries in the damp, cold, dawn's partial light, returning with dew-wetted berries, our buckets of purple-blue were transformed in that wonderful gas oven into such a richly-packed riot of flavor. A few moments later I returned for two more. Heavens.....what a wonderful concoction! I never would have thought of lemon and blueberry together but the combo and the delicate glazed and crunchy muffins top and fruit-filled interior is extraordinary. Jill............you outdid yourself............thank you!!
