My food wasn't done to it's full potential. They didn't give me my cookie to go with my $5 full up. My mashed potatoes have more gravy then mashed potatoes My famous bowl Was halfway filled I had to wait in line but 20 minutes for my food smh.. This is not the kind of place that I will go to for any food.. 1st and last time !!!

Person working the drive thru was very rude . I asked for a second to look at the menu and she caught an attitude with me. When I let her know I was ready she said I had to wait since I wasn't ready when she was. If I could give no stars I would. Also the dine in area is closed to customers but Is full of staff their friends and children. I will never buy from this Kfc again.
