Normally, a VERY GOOD Dunkin Donuts. But this morning, 12.27.20, a disgrace! The 2 bagels with cream cheese came small (wt??) and semi hard. They HAD TO BE from the day before! Tasted terrible! Ridiculous!
They didn't push the ex large cups into the holders all the way and they spilled halfway out! Disgraceful service for all of the money we spend there!

This is one of the older dunkin' donuts but it's well run by good people and the quality is fine. The service was very fast drive through work well. I would recommend it but don't expect it to be sparkling clean and new.

95% or more of the staff at this store are awesome, it is a shame to penalize the whole lot for one person, but I have to. Over the past month, maybe two, there has been a particular male working the drive through who does not communicate well at all. Leaves you waiting to be told they have the order, doesn't give you a total so you can have money ready when you get to the window, give you the wrong order, forgets straws for cold drinks, forgets sugar on the side, skips items entirely. I have no problem with people who speak English as a second (or more) language, kudos to them, I have only the very most basic understanding of other languages so they are ahead of me. But if you're going to work directly with the customer you need to be able to communicate. I pass easily 10 other DDs on my commute, I'll go to another from now on.
BTW, this review applies particularly to the AM commute times, 7/9ish I have had the same guy, the afternoon seems to be ok.

Before i used to go this place every time and it was good. But seen last few weeks i noticed that they don't deliver the right order. I told the guy drive through about ice coffee light and sweet. Both time he gave me ice coffee without suger...
