Everything I have eaten over the last 6 months since I discovered Romano’s has been quality. The prices haven’t changed even though they seem to be going up everywhere else. The quality + quantity = great place to eat.

Called and made my order and not only did they forget to bring me my small pie but when they brought it I simply got a small burnt cheese and lots of sauce. Feeling irritated because I payed for a small extra cheese. I'm not even gonna waste my time trying to get what I asked for too upset and hungry. Do better next time SMH

very disappointed spent $35.00 for a 20pc, of under cooked boneless wings blood still coming out and a small barley cooked peperoni pizza that tasted like chewing gum, many other times they have sent food practically burnt or the wrong thing

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 1ST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER... Placed an order online, called the number provided online should you have a challenge with the order, which directed me to Romano's Pizza Express. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. Spoke with Angie (who stated she was the owner's daughter). I explained I was a first-time customer and that my order was incorrect. The 3 hoagies orders that I placed were not prepared as requested. The 2-liter soda I requested was not sent but another soda they chose. Three additional items were sent that I did not order, which caused my debit card to be overcharged. Angie wanted to argue and stated she can read my order. I responded that she needed to hear the order I placed, not what they chose to send me. It was obvious that Angie did not have good quality customer service and that she wasn't the proper person to speak to and/or resolve this situation. I asked to speak with the owner and she hung up the phone on me. I called again three additional times and she still was unprofessional, hung up on me again and refused to put the owner on the phone. She also stated she was not giving me a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT place an order at Romano's Pizza Express because they will rip you off and not even try and help resolve the problem. They will prepare your food the way they choose, send you additional items you did not order, send whatever flavor soda they choose, and to top it off they will refuse to give you a refund. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 1ST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER.. HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I would give them zero star if it was an option.. one is too generous..

I chose curbside pick up so that my food could be brought out to me. When I called to let you guys know that I was outside. I was told that's not something you do. Even though it was an option to select when checking out online, which I did. And I showed this to the woman that gave me my food as proof. What's more disappointing than that. Is that the shrimp that came with my meal are those frozen prebreaded butterfly shrimp that you buy at the grocery store! Instead of the fresh shrimp 🍤 that you have to peel and bread yourself. Which is pictured in the photo on the flyer I received for the restaurant. I wouldn't have ordered this meal, had I known that this is what I was going to receive. PS, The fries were EXTREMELY DRYING to my mouth and throat while eating. I could barely get them down!😣

The pizza dough is thick and chewy which made the entire pizza taste undercooked. I also ordered some buffalo wings and they was small and not even cooked right (Borderline Burnt) & on top of that I received french fries which got delivered to me soggy and undercooked as well. This spot definitely needs to be put under new Management or just simply shut down if yall can’t make good food. (Ohh & when you call to complain and get a refund they say “We can pick up your food and provide you a refund”) Like the food is already half way eaten after waiting for over an hour for delivery, Come on now.

Surprised by this place. Ordered this for delivery last night, just desperately hungry, not expecting much considering it was so cheap. But nice! Absolutely a good deal - it's not the best pizza I've ever had but it kicks Domino's butt and is just as cheap. Would definitely order again.

I got the cheesesteak. I love the toasted roll. very good cheesesteak, Lettuce and tomato on bottom were good but gave illusion of a lot of meat. If I am in the area I would go back.
