Katherine was really nice and gave me a really good service. I was there for like an hour and a half but that was just some issues that was out of her hand. I always come to this store because for some reason I feel more comfortable with the people who work there than any other store. I appreciate the good service from all the T-Mobile team at this location!

I went to this store with curiosity on browsing phones because I felt I maybe may want a new phone but wasn’t sure on planning to trade in my old phone and upgrade to a new one however, after speaking with Nathaniel I found it to be in my best interest to move forward in searching for an upgrade on my phone. He took the time to explain all the features of their phones, plans and services. I never felt rushed and all the employees on the floor were up to date on all the current promos. They worked together to answer questions and make sure I had all the info I needed in choosing the right phone that best suit my needs! I was so happy to receive great customer service from him and the other staff made me feel welcomed when I did walk into the store! Will definitely be back here again in the near future whether for a new phone and or accessories!

I just came to this store on 5/10/22 after purchasing a new phone from the Apple Store. I was told by the Apple Store to go into a T-mobile store to get my new phone set up with the SIM card. When I came to this store I was greeted by the manager asking me if I needed help. Once I told him my issue he told me that it was nothing that he could do for me and that I would have to call 311 to get my phone set up. He specifically said that this was something that the store was not required to do. I then took my new device to the city ave corporate store and they set my phone up for me just fine. To think that Nate the manager of the store would tell a customer that they are unable to help them just for another store to help me was disheartening. I highly don’t recommend.

The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I wish more of them did a complete job as he did. It's probably because her was originally a sprint sales person first so it was a smooth process going from sprint to t-mobile.

They have a great team! I had an issue with service that thought was related to the phone. Not long after we entered the store he and another representative welcomed me immediately. They took time with me and narrowed down my issue. Turns out my phone was getting old and it was turning airplane mode on arbitrarily. So it wasn't lack of cell towers my data wasn't even on lol. So Nate walked me through the process of my upgrade and got me on a better plan than I had before. I came in, got great customer service, I saved money ,and it this is the best phone ive ever had to date. Thanks Guy's!

Amirah helped me and did a wonderful job at it. Came in to get something fix for an old phone and walked out with 2 new watches that I wanted for the longest. Great service at this store.

I was having alot of issues with my phone. The employee there was very patient and helpful. We got along as if we've known each other for forever. This will forever be my go to t-mobile store.

I would give this place zero stars if possible! I went in this store to buy a replacement phone with cash. They asked for my drivers license which I thought was odd but assumed it was to add the phone to my account. The incompetent worker played on the computer for about 30 mins asking for the managers help periodically. While waiting for my transaction to be completed I started browsing and noticed the tmobile tracker. The manager said it was free. I said no way. He said, yeah its free this week. You just will pay $5 a month for the service. I said ok I'll take one. At the end of the transaction they added my phone which I was paying cash for to my account. No problem, I'll just pay it off next bill I said to myself. Less than an hr later I started getting notifications from tmobile about all these new services that were added to my account.
These guys done added not just my phone but insurance, a $70 tracker that was "free", and upgraded my plan. They're scammers and very dishonest! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
