SCAM. I’ve made an online order on 7th december, got to the store but it was closed. Employees were inside and having a good time with music and dancing. For my question about my order one of them gave me a paper and asked to write down my order number and name for refund. Today is december 16, still no refund, I stoped by wingstop one more time, got no answer about my money. I wrote a request on a website, 7 days have passed, still no answer. I don’t care about 27 dollars, you can keep them. But I’m gonna make sure everyone will see this review. Thanks for attention.

The two stars are basically for the service and guy at register. On to the food. In this area it’s not super hard to put out a product that stands out amongst the pizza-wings-cheesesteak-hoagie crowd of Philly. I remember they tried a wing stop down on ridge further down. It was a long time ago but not sure how people can even pay for this stuff. It’s legit the same quality of bagged chicken you could buy in the super market or target right near by. These portions are pathetic and won’t fly here. My total was about 16.00 and that was 75% made up of fries. I’m not a small guy and I didn’t even finish the meal. I know there are other wing stops and I’m perplexed how they even make it. Won’t be back. Tony Roni’s has better wings across the street.

The food was good, but the service was f*$king horrible. Ordered online to prevent from waiting, ended up waiting an additional 30 mins after the expected pick up time (of 15-20 mins). Then they didn't have any rolls (had to exchange rolls for additional fries) and they didn't even place celery in the bag. This was my second time dealing with a long wait, and I will not be coming back to this location.

Robert at the 7124 Ridge Ave. Philadelphia Pa. store Want to give him major customer service props. My order was not delivered by Doordash. Because they had the incorrect address in their SYSTEM. Canceled the order. The next day Robert called to not only apologize for Doordash horrible customer service. Refunded me and replaced my order no charge. That's how you treat your frequent customers. Thank You again Robert for your care in how your customer's should be serviced.

Staff is enforcing a mask mandate on the customers while the rest of the staff is wearing masks not covering their nose and some even their mouth. Multiple tables were dirty and sticky to the touch No honey mustard ketchup not available This is the one of, if bot the worst Wingstop experience I have had.
