Amazing experience. They had given salad and on top of that option to switch rice with butter naan for the curry which was like am I in India right now? The goat vinadaloo was amazing. Perfect spices and hot. The chicken butter masala was bland but then we asked for mild. I think the flavor was not coming properly. The paneer makhni was also on sweeter side even though we asked for spicy. But they do have something called garlic chili naan, which was a treat. Too much chilies, order on your own risk lol! The regular garlic naan were great too. I enjoyed the presentation of the place and serving. It felt like having the treat in India. The mango lassi was on seeeter side, the sweet one was not so much but freshly made. Overall a good add to neighborhood and Philadelphia India scene, I think if you order according to taste you won’t go wrong.

Love this place they just moved to w Oregon so they'd have room for a dining area, and they made a really cute little space feel cozy and high-class. Went here with a date and we both loved it. Staff is very friendly, good is very good and consistent. Lots of veg options if that's your thing

Tried Saffron based off the reviews and we were not disappointed. Samples the meat appetizer, lamb pasanda (cream almond sauce) and shrimp tikka masala and naan. We were not disappointed and actually have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Meal total was $50 before tip. Highly recommend trying this Indian restaurant!

"Used to order from The Patch when they were on 19th St before the pandemic. They were the only Indian joint in deep South Philly at the time, and their food was all right, so we were return customers. Back then, the only complaint my house had about The Patch was their lentil and chick pea dishes were boring.
Fast forward, and now here we are. They're on Oregon, and I just finished some Tuesday night Indian from them. Damn, their food is banging. Like, 2008 Tiffin and Etka banging. The Patch now offers a few different spice levels, which is what moved me to commit my first review.
We skipped the lentils and chick peas tonight because heartbreak takes time to mend, but their butter chicken: boom. Palak paneer, samosa chaat: boom boom. Fireworks. Loved it.

My go to Indian delivery spot! The quality is amazing and very consistent. The prices are super reasonable and the delivery is fast. I love the chat papri and aloo gobi. If you call you get a 15% discount.

I found a bandaid cooked with the paratha. I usually enjoy this restaurant but finding a whole band aid cooked with the bread means they do not wear gloves. And I’m completely disgusted to eat here again
