This is the second time I’ve tried this location. Hoping the last time was a one off but, no they are consistently bad. Under cooked (even if you ask well done) cold bland pizza. Taste like raw dough.

Papa John's does not take responsibility for on Time Deliveries.. They say it's for entertainment purpose only. I don't know about you, but ordering food for your family. Is Not Entertainment when our Dinner is Late and Cold.!!!!!!!!!!

This is the third time they screwed up my order. Food quality is never consistent. When I called to speak to the manager about, she caught an attitude and was giving me hard time until I told her that I’ll call the corporate office on her. She refused to give me a copy of my itemized receipt and hung up the phone when I called her first time. Someone need to take some action.

Thick girl working the counter is the worst. Dealt with her 2x and never again doing business here again. It like the hiring staff don’t care what happens. Or what food is ordered. Who ever lectures a customer on what they ordered online, then criticizing them that it’s wrong, then gets the order wrong as if a whole convo didn’t happen to clarify it 30 minutes prior.
THIS location, Just nasty. Not worth the time or the money wasted. Order in a different county all together. Avoid !

I used to be a hardcore papa john's fan. All I ordered was Papa Johns before I moved her. This specific Papa Johns is the worst pizza place I've ever been to. The pizza always looks like it's been dropped in the floor of their car, and they always forget to bring my Ranch that I paid for. Last time they didn't even give me a pepperoncini AND they forgot my ranch, and the pizza looked like it had been dropped on it's side like usual. Been ordering from the dominos nearby, it's sadly better than this place (and it's dominos which I don't even like)
OH and I also won't forget how I did their survey and asked them to contact me about my experience and they never did, and when I told them they never did they said they would again and still never did. SO do not order from this place, it's garbage.

I had a promo code but online ordering was temporarily closed so I called them and they said I could order in person and apply the promo code. However, once I got there, the workers told me that I could not use the promo code so I checked online ordering, and it was now open so I ordered my pizza online using the code. I got the notification that my order was ready, so I asked for my pizza and they said it was not ready. I waited another 10 min then asked again, and they gave me my pizza which had been ready when I first asked them.
All this was very frustrating, but the most problematic part of all was how rude the workers were. They were being intentionally unhelpful, and made 0 effort to apply the promo code. A lot of the workers were unmasked and it was very evident that most of the workers did not care at all about their job.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and the “quality control” sticker was ripped open on pizza box. I called the store and guy who answered was very rude. I offered to bring pizza back if they could give me another, he refused. You would think that in a time like this restaurant’s would be more concerned about food safety and retaining customers. I will never order from her again.

Never have slices after 5pm. Trying to force the hold pie on people. Bad business and that the big ad out front.
