Smash burger had shortest line in Philadelphia airport for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty good. Couple of other places had lines around the corner and when you don’t have that much time we looked for an alternative and the sandwich was ok

Descent food freshness. The franchise has reduced portion size and increased price in the last four or five years. The value is no longer there. When asked to provide a courtesy cup of water, the counter person, who may have been an owner, said that the tap water was bad and we had to buy bottled water. Either that's a fib or the dept of health should check on how a restaurant operates with a contaminated water supply.

Twenty minutes after ordering had to board a flight, asked for my money back. Cashier took my receipt and disappeared for 5mins. The other cashier ignored me. The grill guy finally tried to help only to be harassed by the first cashier. Finally did get my $ back just in time to board my flight with no food. Disorganized and lazy.

I do not have too much to say about this restaurant mainly because there is only so much one can say about a fast food place.
I ordered the Classic Crispy Chicken meal with a large fries and small Pepsi Wild Cherry. The chicken sandwich was basic at most. The fires were fresh, but there were only regular tasting fries. The drink was not properly carbonated; it was too watery.
On the other hand, the lady cashier was nice as she was taking my order and bagging my order.

Horrible service. Mean worker... made people leave by yelling at them because they were too buy. My burger looks like a cheap $1 McDonald's burger with 3 tiny mushrooms. Horrible. I want my money back.

Tried to get breakfast at the smashburger Philadelphia airport location. The lights were all on, there were at least two employees there but they didn’t seem interested in helping anyone or even letting us know if they were open.

Feeling generous, will say this burger was pretty good. Had to order two extra patties (+$4.40) for a sufficient beef-to-bun ratio (personal preference) ... I ordered ‘no fries’ but was given (and charged for) them anyway (was trying to avoid carbs). Ate them anyway, felt bad throwing them out and the counter guy must have just misunderstood me, my bad. They were hot, fresh and delicious of course. $20+ all together, a decent meal if a bit pricey. Was my last substantial bit of protein before a transatlantic flight. Airplane food? No thanks! Clean store, good service, would eat here again.
