Wow! Very impressed by this place. Been living in West Philly for over 10 years and would always ride by. Instead of ordering from here, I'd call expensive Gaetano's. I must say, today is my first order- pizza. Skeptical with ordering pizza as larges seem to be mediums nowadays but I must say I AM VERY IMPRESSED with what I received. The price...reasonable. please don't get too many good reviews and start slacking in product, increasing prices astronomically as some pizzerias tend to do. You guys are on point!! Ordered at 227pm, received food 3pm. Definitely will be calling again.
First of all, they were very nice and professional. Second, I ordered 3 cheesesteaks from there and they were so good. I bought them for me and my nieces and the cook did such an awesome job on all 3. My nieces are normally picky, but they weren’t this time. They did such an amazing job. We’re definitely ordering from there again! 😃

Penn Cafe and Pizzeria please be known this review is Twofold. With the restaurant:Great food amazing flavor and best prices around. However! Your delivery needs some work. I ordered they the slice app. I asked to be contacted when the order left the restaurant and when it got to my place. The order specifically said please call when the driver arrived so I can meet him at the lobby since I live at an apartment complex. Not only I was not called, the order was left at the lobby with no call or text that the driver had arrived. My food almost got stolen by a homeless guy. Hence the reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. Please conduct an audit with the drivers you have and if you use a 3rd party account, please make sure they follow the instructions. Attached are screenshots of the “conversation” with Slice. Again when asked to provide a phone number it pushes you to an automated system that drops you with no answer. Hate to do this but the ball is in your court. I will also post this on their Google profile so don’t think I am just targeting you.

I Love their food. My family ask me all the time to order when we get together, initially I had a discrepency with the owner over an issue that was out of his control. WE had a discussion and it went very well. He resolved the issue. They have the best Buffalo wings I have ever tasted and I am a Philadelphia native, mainly South Philly. Their Buffalo wing are phenomenal, just ask for extra sauce and you will never stop ordering them.

Awesome pizza place that serves delicious food and quick with your order and an added bonus is that they play anime on a big screen at this place. I enjoyed watching an episode of Dragon Ball Super with my sister and nephew while we ate.
I am so so lucky to have this restaurant so close to me. Delicious food and great prices. Every order I've received from them has been great. especially like the burgers, cheese steak, and pizzas!
I asked the lady at the counter if the chicken was good. She said it was the best she ever eaten. I thought she was giving me the company line. The chicken was excellent. Not greasy, excellently seasoned and cooked well. The next time I get an urge for fried chicken I'll return.
Love this place. I’ve been living in this area for a while and this restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat! The pizza wasn’t so great when the restaurant first opened but that improved over time. The best things on the menu would be the cheeseburger, cheesesteaks, nuggets and buffalo wings. The staff here has always been great and friendly. Whenever I had an issue with my food (which is rare), the staff always accommodated me without any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food in university city. Great food and good people.You won’t be disappointed!
The pizza was absolutely delicious!! You can tell the people running the place really care and put effort into every item! Definitely don't sleep on this place!
