Can't really complain, they got a lot of staff working. I normally go in the afternoon so it is not that pack. I'm not sure about the morning time. As far as the food goes, it is usually always the same stuff I order and always turn out how I wanted it. I gave 3 stars because some days they got different staff making the order so it never the same stuff sometimes.

Out of all the Dunkin’s in Philly, this is the best one! Customer service is amazing everyone is so nice. The food is always so fresh and hot and takes seconds to come out. The store is also very clean, I love sitting in and lounging

They are the best, I get a medium green tea with honey and lemon...... sometimes a glaze donut. The employees at this establishment..... know me very well. I appreciate that. They do excellent business, and I always feel welcome. Great job...... and this is why I keep coming job. Thank You for an awesome customer service team.

Service is always professional and friendly, even during the morning rush. Coffee sometimes can be a hit or miss (I usually get an iced coffee - sometimes it tastes almost sour for some reason?) My go-to DD because it's typically quick and they're always polite.

They make my Iced Coffee exactly the way I want it. Not too weak at all. The donuts are always fresh and the store is really clean as well as there bathrooms. That is a big pet peeve of mine. That is must for me. The cashiers are very nice. The only thing is sometimes they can be a little slow because they seem understaffed. That can be a small challenge sometimes but not really a big deal for me. Overall this is my 2nd favorite one.
