The food, their service and the ambiance were unsurpassed

Update: While the guidance from posting this review was not helpful as I had already done those things. I was able to call the restaurant for which the gift card was intended. The manager put us in touch with an IT contact who was able to rectify this for us and get us an electronic gift card. The manager of the restaurant and the supporting manager were both absolutely fabulous! I would have given a 5 star had the first attempts at reaching the Garces group not been such a hassle. The restaurant and IT manager were 5 stars. Thank you!
I ordered a gift card for my sister for Christmas back on DEC 19. While I did receive a notification that it had shipped (on 12/20), my sister never got it. I have left multiple messages, sent emails, tweeted, and sent a message their Instagram account. I have yet to get a response.
This is exceptionally disappointing both in the loss of money and poor customer service, but also has soured my sister's excitement to try the restaurant. I hope the customer service team reaches out to fix this and I can update this review.
