Good decent comfort pho. I am from Los Angeles n I am so used to BIG bowl of pho. Pho here is about medium size. Soup was flavorful but not much depth. Didn't taste much beef, beef bones or spice. But at least I didn't feel thirsty afterward.
The food isn’t bad, but it’s super overpriced for what you get. I ordered C4, grilled beef with rice, and there was a skimpy portion of very thin cut beef. I’m a pretty small person and I don’t eat that much but even I’m not satisfied after this meal. It’s obvious they tried to overcompensate by cramming the rest of the box with rice. The “salad” had haphazard leaves of lettuce which were not sliced and some carrot julienned. Overall, it did the job for a bite near Temple library, but I don’t think it’s worth going back.
Everything on their menu is delicious and served under 10 minutes. The high quality ingredients and years of experience from this local family operated business is the ultimate combo to make the best tasting pho in the North Philadelphia area. Their delivery is insanely fast as well, great spot all year round, definitely go in and check out their special menu on the chalkboard inside.
Service is amazing and friendly, you can tell they truly value each customer.
If you love adding spicy components to your pho, ask for a side of the house made chili oil, you're welcome.
Probably the best restaurant in North Philly.
I’ve had a dinner here after trying some Vietnamese food in Center city named number 1 in Asian foods according to a blog on Google. I can assure you that this blogger has never tasted a Pho at Yummy Pho.
The food in here is surreal in my opinion. The Pho (noodles) are offered in a huge bowl with lots of strong spices. I’ve tried a different combination of meats on top of them and all of them are excellent. My personal favorite dish is the House Pho.
The food portions are very big and relatively very cheap. I’ve found it hard to find a healthy and tasty restaurant in North Philly but this one was out of my expectations.
Great welcome service, very polite person at the front. Place is small but full of beautiful aroma! I stayed in, they brought my food out to my table in 5 minutes! A large bowl of noddle soup, seasoned pork pieces, in addition you get a bunch of fresh bean sprouts, a fresh basil stalk, and a couple slices of jalapeno poppers, to add your your liking. I asked for a fried egg on top.
A quaint little eatery with bar seating and delicious food. Just my kind of place.
I had the house special pho, chock full of a variety of meats plus tender tendons.
The staff was polite, kind, and attentive. Everything was as expected and I will definitely come back when I'm in town.
A whole in a wall kind of place. The food is pretty good, but they are a bit stingy on the usual pho condiments (basil, cilantro, jalapeños, bean sprouts).
Food is good but no forks
Excellent little pho spot on temple campus that gets it right. Come here for the house special pho and the pad Thai at a great price. Feel free to throw in a shake if you like.
The owners were very kind during my first visit there. The pho and atmosphere seems very cozy and laid back, and they have delicious pho!
