Was the only person in the store when I placed my order. Proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to see no one making my food but working other orders from the phone. I don't have a problem with that but no one started working in my order until I said something about how long I had waiting for two sandwiches and fries. When I got home, only one sandwich was made correctly. No one should have to wait for 30 minutes to get the wrong order. The second sandwich had meat that wasn't cooked thoroughly. Don't waste your time and money

Just had my first Tony Luke's steak today and was very disappointed. It seemed the store had just opened and the person working had no idea what he was doing. Asked for fried onions and got chunks of cooked onions. The meat had no taste. Guy didn't know how to work the register so he charged $20 flat for 2 steaks. I just expected a better sandwich for the price and from the name.

Ordered chicken sandwich and Chicken Caesar Salad. It took almost 30 mins. Tomatoes were soggy, lettuce wasn't shredded, the chicken was very salty. They didn't put oregano and onions on it like I asked.
My girl was given leftover salad in a blue Tupperware bowl. There was no chicken in it, the salad was disgusting. The manager gave it to us as if he was doing us a favor.
Avoid this place at all cost. Tony Luke just lost me, my girl, and my friends and family members. 2 thumbs down bro - O yeah, by the way - my bill was $25.00

I've been buying sandwiches at Tony Luke's in South Philadelphia for years and years. I was visiting family in the northeast. We decided to go to Tony Luke's on Frankford Ave. Our experience was atrocious. The chicken was raw in our sandwiches. I first felt very uncomfortable when I walked into the store. The red haired manager I felt was clearly on Drugs. He is undoubtedly the same guy everyone is complaining about. He was very argumentative with me for absolutely no reason. He was running around like a mad man and talking a million miles a minute. It just seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. I asked him if the store just opened I was so surprised. I called the store when my wife complained her chicken was raw in her sandwich after we arrived home to eat and the manager stated I wasn't welcome in his store ever again. He even stated he was a DEA Agent and there is no drug use in his store. Come on Tony Luke.... You can do better. There's a reason everyone is complaining about this guy.

Food is good but the prices are way too high. I ordered a veggie provolone cheese grinder (or whatever they call it), an order of onion rings and a drink that would be considered a medium size at most fast food chains. It cost $18.

The most unprofessional place I ever walked into. The Manger used the F* word 37 times while I was there. I told him that I didn't even want my sandwich and didn't even ask for my money back. He didn't try to make it right or even offer me my money back, he actually didn't even seem to care at all that I was so upset. I will never again eat at Tony Lukes mayfair. If I could give 0 stars I would! And how do they have the nerve to charge so much with such terrible service? By far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a "restaurant "

Been to this location probably about two times since it's been opened and had to wait an extreme amount of time for one cheese steak and fries lol. The 2nd time I went I waited about 45 minutes so I just walked out. I didn't even care that I already paid. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. The fresh works across the street shits on this place.

So disappointed and this service. The store was completely empty and I still got a cold sandwich. The meat quality was also poor. I had to drive 10 minutes just to get here 10 minutes back to my house and my sandwich was cold. I will never return to this location. People be advised stick to the Tony Luke's in South Philly
