Stopped by on my birthday fora Buffet dinner while in the Philly area. Pretty impressive spot.
Came here on Sunday, October 2 2022 at 12:50 PM and was seated immediately. The wait wasn't long, there was only one in front of us. We pay first before we eat. It was $60 for three people including tip but not including drinks. We did not get any drinks. The food was hot and ready. It was extremely crowded. They have a wide variety of foods but I was disappointed when I did not see any sushi. Seats were in a tight spot so it was hard getting in and out. All in all, I would say this place is alright. Staff members are nice and there's a parking lot in the front.
This is the best Chinese buffet. Even the dessert fruit is great and quality. The price is the bargain. Ribs at lunch. Real mashed. Wonderful salad bar. Best pickles, endless dressings. Custard machine, pies, cakes, good pizza, from scratch. I have been eating at Chinese buffets for 30 years. This is number 1. The price is as much as a Pat's cheesesteak for a full all you can eat meal. Lunch is the deal, you can not beat it.
Good food, good variety , could be cleaner. More maintainence would be appreciated . Sometimes children and adults too , can be so messy and inconsiderate . The bathroom could definitely use a good cleaning. This place is not in the best neighborhood. They even hired security to stand up front and have signs posted on the walls to be mindful of valuables in your cars and reinforced to lock everything. Not the best environment for location.
Great selection of food before 3pm after that too much seafood which I'm allergic to. But great service
I went to this buffet with my two daughters. We were having a nice time, but the staff was kind of rushy which got on my nerves. I'm not a big fan of buffets in general, but this one was pretty good. The food was fresh and flavorful. My only issue was the staff giving me my check and fortune cookies after only like 20 minutes. This was before I got my dessert and I had only had one plate. Other than that, everything was fine.
It was my first time there and I will tell you that all the food was fresh, and if you love Chinese cuisine and seafood you will absolutely love United buffet! However I'm not a seafood person and not the most cuisine of Chinese but the food was absolutely great it has a great variety!
I love this place... my family goes here at least 4 - 6 times a month. They have something for everyone. It's usually my daughter and 2 grandchildren age's 4 to 1 1/2 year's old....they have a ball. It's our family time and that's priceless.

Yesterday was my fourth visit.
Usually ok but really sorry to say, unfortunately I ate not fresh seafood.
First. Crab cake with shrimp, especially the fillings didn't fresh at all.
Second. The fried blue crabs with flour its taste like dead crabs. Meat is soggy, really like dough cookies soft I guess the crabs are dead or they were freeezed.
