Order ahead using the app, give it at least 5 minutes, 10 for sure. Don't mind the occasional homeless person, they are rational and everywhere around there.

Very nice and friendly cashiers (both). No shouting, screaming or dealing with the cellphone. Everyone wears hats and gloves. Clean place. Amazing! I’m astounded!

The fastest location in Center City! I get Dunkin at least once I day, and this location has consistently been the fastest and most accurate. I order through the app for the rewards, and most of the time I only have to put in my order when I’m a block away for it to be ready when I arrive.

It is a very good Coffee shop and make delicious Sandwich, Donuts and Bakery products for all classes of Peoples. It’s can make any coffee and Sandwiches within a minute. The items of this shop are very cheap. Everyone can come here to save money and time.

Overall decent location, always friendly staff. Very tight inside, so it usually feels more crowded than it really is. Be clear with your order though, as there is a bit of a language barrier with the staff. Also have to listen for your items rather than your order number when they call it out. I'd prefer to hear numbers but that's probably just me.

This is a small cute dunkin donuts. Staff was really nice and helpful. The only problem no place to sit and enjoy your cup o java. Should add seats but nice place.

Fast efficient friendly service. But there's a bum that pan handles outside the main door during the morning rush. She gave me an attitude for not giving her money. Rather than have to deal with her, I'm going down the block to starbucks from now on.
