This place is one of a kind, a true treasure trove. So sad that it is only up north, I was so kindly shown this place while on vacation and the ("Miso Ramen & Curry Rice") is to die for.😫 But I only got to visit twice before having to head home. If your trying to get a seat inside you have to come early because this place is always busy and filled no matter what because the food is 🥴!! Even placing a order to go trust me everything will make it home still piping hot and fresh🔥, Can't wait to come back!💛💙

Perfect place to eat on a rainy day! It was exactly what we needed. Prompt service, generous portions, and everyone is so kind! Street parking only. Definitely the best Ramen I've eaten in Philly! 🙌

The tan tan ramen was good, definitely leans salty imo but still very solid. Gyoza was good too 🙌🏻

I ordered their signature ramen and the pork cutlet curry rice bowl. The ramen taste good. The broth is quite strong and taste good. You may taste the bamboo shoots quite strong too. The curry is good. A very good curry taste. The pork cutlet is cooked very well. It quite juicy and tender. In my personal opinion, the food portion is quite big. Compared to the price, the portion and the taste of the food is worth it. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Good eating experience.

Great food, service, and ambiance – I might say Terakawa is super authentic. The staffs were also friendly as we were waitlisted for only about 10 minutes. I got Chicken Shoyu ramen which was good as the broth was flavorful with a rich aroma. I and my friends also ordered some side dishes like seaweed salad, chicken kara-age (the chicken was cooked just right! Really love their homemade signature sauce), takoyaki, and others. Also, super cool interior!

For veggie options, their ramen bowl was delicious. They made it spicy as requested and it was right on the dot. However, I wasn't a fan of their croquettes.
My friend ordered their tan tan ramen and he couldn't stop raving about it.
I'd definitely come back for their ramen!!!!

Love the food and service here! But I was shocked when I saw the receipt that they charged 3.5 for an extra bowl of rice tho lol

My first time trying ramen here and it was a great experience. The Miso Ramen broth has a nice taste and smell. Also ordered the Karaage Chicken as an appetizer. The chicken was cooked just right.

The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is good, clean, authentic, but my ramen could have had a little more flavor. The pork belly and rice were good along with the fried pork dumplings. My overall experience was good, and the prices are for any budget. I will visit again.

First time eating here. I can can say, I see why the place fills up so quick. Real friendly staff from the chef preparing your meals to the servers & managers. And the food doesn't disappoint at all. I tried there , Crispy Pork belly bun & Karaage Chicken appetizers & top the meal off with there signature noodle dish. Oh YES I WILL BE BACK 😋😊😉

Great food, 10 or so tables plus a bar. This was my first time here but not too busy. Someone was at the front counter as soon as I walked in to make sure I was taken care of and they got my order as soon as I walked in to pick it up. It's also real nice that they have an order screen when you walk in so you can order, pay and then leave and to get a text as soon as it's ready.

So, so tasty. The server was so friendly, and gave excellent suggestions. She brought out roasted garlic and a seasame grinder which made the already layered ramen flavors bloom.

This was my first time having ramen from this place (take-out). I ordered the spicy ramen. It was pretty good, just more greasy than I'd like but I should have expected it would be the case as it's a combination broth (including pork broth). I'll stick to vegetable or chicken broth going forward. All in all the meal was good.

Very good food and filled us up! This is also a BYOB so it is very nice for having a nicer dinner with friends. There is not a lot of waiting room so we did have to wait outside but it was not for long and then tried to get us right in. The service was very fast and the server was attentive to us as well. Recommend for when trying to find a ramen place and want planting of options for everyone!

This place is great for a quick bite! The service was great! The food was amazing! I had the spicy ramen and my daughter had the miso. Both were very flavorful and filling! You scan the QR code for the menu!

My wife was craving for a hot bowl of ramen, lucky us to find out that Terakawa has a branch closer to our apartment, instead of driving downtown. I loved their bao and curry with rice. The ramen was pretty good, however the broth is a bit too much for my taste. Will I go back? Yes and I’d recommend it to people as well.

If you’re thinking about going to the Ramen Bar, go here instead. Much better food at more reasonable prices. Always tasty although nothing exceptional.
