Would highly recommend the pork soup dumpling as well as the chicken and garlic sauce. The food is very fresh and authentic. The place is clean and the server was friendly. My husband got general Tsos and it was crispy with fresh steamed broccoli. We would both return. It is also BYOB !

Must try!!! The food was so good with great service to go with it. I recommend the pork soup dumplings, pork & brown sauce noodles, and the general tso chicken. Our server was nice and the food came out very quickly

We had a wonderful meal here! We ordered 6 types of dim sum and loved them all. The soup dumplings were fun to eat and (like everything else) were incredibly flavorful. The prices were reasonable & the service was top notch.

Love their pan fried Shanghai dumplings. What I really enjoy is their special dumping sauce, its very sweet and I drench the dumpings in them. Cost is reasonable.

What a shame more people don’t know of this restaurant. It’s like finding treasure in the northeast area. Service was prompt. Next time we will be sure to tell server when to bring different dishes so everything stays hot. Peking duck was delish even though it seemed to be a very small duck. Hot and sour soup was the best I’ve had in years. The table has the appropriate condiments like vinegar and chili oil and dumpling sauce which you rarely see. The bao were wonderful…Chinese broccoli and garlic yum. They have popular dishes like general tso and chow fun which is my favorite noodle dish for next time. Go there… you won’t be disappointed.

Recently just grand opened and came here last week. It’s like a block from where I lived. Overall food wise was just okay. Great customer service. Ordered spicy beef & tripe, cucumber salad, Shanghai fried rice cake and the pork soup dumpling. Will never ever order cucumber salad anymore, that thing was filled with sugar. I even added tons of soy sauce and chili oil and it cannot cover the over powering sugar. The Shanghai fried rice cake was okay, it was little bit on the salty side. Can ask them less salt if you decide to order. Pork soup dumpling is the only thing on point. I still went back to order food but I ask them less salt.

I'm glad this place is around! Closest place in the far Northeast for me that serves authentic Chinese food. Easy to find, easy to park, place is clean, I'm a happy camper 😄

Lovely dim sum. The crystal shrimp dumplings were the standout for us. Two of us ate more than we should have for $46 - all cooked to order. And the server was attentive and friendly. There is a long menu - we only had dim sum, but I think we will be back - they offer 1/2 Peking duck for a fair price, also lots of more ordinary Chinese options.

Soup dumplings are delicious. Beef teriyaki stick superb. Ive been here about 4 times in the past month and will continue. Service comes with a smiley. Food comes out quickly and hot.

First time here, we really enjoyed our meal and will def be back! I got the crab dim sum, very delicious. Husband got the Singapore rice noodles. Server was really nice. Nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu!

We had takeout and really enjoyed our food. There was a mix up and we got the order for someone with the same name but it was close enough so no worries. It had a couple of items we hadn't ordered but they were really good too. The staff was very apologetic but it all worked out fine.

Since Dim Sum Factory has opened, I've been there 4 times with my family. Every dish that I've had has been either pretty good or outstanding. It's also really affordable compared to the other local Chinese restaurants. The big draw for me is their location (NE Philadelphia), free parking, and the amazing soup dumplings! Oh! It's also BYOB!

Got a pork bun. Took about 15 mins since it was fresh. Yummy bouncy bun. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other stuff on the menu
