Their food is pretty good and priced reasonably. Only issue is sometimes their home fries are hard... probably left over so Monday's are the best days for home fries. Other than that, the service is excellent. Angie is such a sweetheart, hardworking and always aims to please.

Stopped by on the spur of the moment. My husband ordered a fish platter and a cup of mushroom soup. I had the chicken salad on a spinach wrap. Everything was very good, My favorite was the fish…it was so very good and it came with really good cole slaw and fries. The soup was very good; just a little thicker than I prefer. My chicken salad was also very good. Looking forward to a return visit to try their many other options.

Excellent breakfast fare. Decent bagels by Manhattan standards, egg and cheese english muffin, sticky buns (that's what they called me in college), and the blueberry muffin was d-vine. Thanks to the whole staff!
Oh, good ☕ too!

We loved everything at Bill's. The welcome, the speedy service with a smile and of course, the food! We had bagels, pancakes, cinnamon rolls and French toast and everything was delicious. Also great to see how many regular guests they have. It is no surprise everyone will come back to this place. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything you could want for a diner style breakfast in center city. Tasty, quick, affordable, and friendly. The staff was so welcoming (knew almost all the customers by name) and the portions were great. A go to spot if you are in the neighborhood

Googled “breakfast near me” and this local joint popped up so I walked over. 100% glad I did.
Super friendly local accent service, cheap, delicious and large plates, strong coffee, clean.
Can’t ask for anything better in a local breakfast joint.

When I want a casual, inexpensive lunch, I go to Bill's. They have tasty food, great and fast service and despite how busy they get, the tables and eating area are always clean. I usually get a hamburger and something to drink. A well hidden gem. I always stop in when I'm in the city.

We loved this little place. Fast and friendly service, good coffee and superb breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal for a cold morning. All the local construction guys seem to like this place as well as we saw tons of them during our visit.

Bill runs a well-oiled machine/restaurant. I love that you can see from beginning to end your food being made.
Everything is always clean. The employees are friendly. And if you are a regular, all you do is walk and the ladies are on it.

Had to have a traditional Philly Cheesesteak. Tiny place. Super fast service. Friendly staff. Great prices and the food was YUM!
Potato Head
Hidden gem. Got the chicken fajita special and fish platter
Highly recommended the breakfast special. One of the best I’ve had in Philly!

Where everybody knows your name. And you’re always glad the Bacon Egg and Cheese on a long roll with salt and pepper maintains a quality not known to exist in breakfast sammich land.
Quite simply, one of Philly’s most priceless gems.

Always amazing. Place is packed and for good reason - reasonable, almost cheap prices, for good food and decent portions. Will always go here when in the city

This place is just amazing. The food is well prepare and soo good. The service is friendly and they make you feel welcome. We ordered the egg and spicy sausage sandwich and the philly cheesesteake and egg sandwich, both delicious. You can tell these place is good as tons of locals come and order their sandwiches for breakfast. A highly recommended experience and meal!!

Inexpensive yet tasty breakfast in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. Sweet service. Tables could be cleaned faster, but all and all this is very diner-esque and there is no sacrifice in the food.
