The baristas are friendly! there is a seating area upstairs that it is comfy and has an awesome view!! Perfectly handle a crowd! They clear a line of 20 people or more deep in a matter of minutes, all while smiling and continuing to engage with customers. Service is quick and best baristas who always make my drink perfect :) Cozy atmosphere and clean environment!!

Love this Starbucks. This is the only one I come to, they have a beautiful upstairs with a great view of 19th st and the two restaurants across the street. The employees are so awesome always happy and greeting 🥰

Perfectly reasonable, perfectly normal Center City Starbucks. They're right across from a Target. Normal amenities. Free Wi-Fi, they take credit cards, etc. Upstairs seating. Lots of natural light during the day. Friendly service! If you're staying, ask for a mug. And be sure to bus your own cups to the counter when you're done; there's no table service, naturally.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I've been coming here at least twice a week for the last six months and have only had a minor issue. If you ever have time to check out the upstairs loft area, it's really neat and is great to just relax with a friend or study! My drinks have never been messed up and the food is good too.

Nice Starbucks, great staff. You get the service you'd expect. Extra seating upstairs! Nice, big table with eight chairs upstairs which is good for meetups, if you can snag it before anyone else does.

I knew i wanted starbucks on this day but couldn't decide what i was in the mood for. I walked in and Ethan immedialty greeted with a big smile. I was nervous to say as i'm not a Starbucks expert , but i indeed told him that i had no idea what i wanted! Ethan was more than helpful asking what my preferences were so he could make the best suggestion. I RARELY write reviews but i felt i has to because he was just too nice to not. Even while waiting for my drink to be made , i observed his interactions one after another with customers (I'm a hospitality manager) and he was just so pleasant. Please let him know, he really knows how to portray above and behind customer service! Thanks Ethan :)

I live equidistant from this Starbucks and the Starbucks on 19th/Market, I use the two Starbucks for two different purposes: 19th and Market for my breakfast on the way to work, and 18th and Chestnut to relax and read a book. (...One has to be willing to drown out some noise, of course.) While both of these Starbucks can get pretty crowded, this one has more seating. The staff here is always upbeat and attentive; it was actually a barista at this particular Starbucks who alerted me that there was more than one way to order my usual Refresher (and, like, OMG she changed my *life* !): 5 stars for actually caring about whether I enjoy my drink or not ... As an aside, out of all the Starbucks breakfast sandwiches, I recommend the bacon/gouda/egg sandwich because it has the best bread. Whole wheat English muffin?! BLECH. AVOID.

A bit on the smaller side for Starbucks, and it can be hard to find a table at peak hours. Also, the lines get a bit long. Service is fine, this just seems to be a busier Starbucks
