In all honesty, my experience at this restaurant was marked by a sense of disorganization. Additionally, I found the menu offerings to be quite limited, and while they boast unlimited beef and pork options, these dishes left much to be desired, resembling the taste of frozen food. On a positive note, the establishment does provide an array of complimentary beverage choices. While personal preferences vary, if you're a newcomer, it might still be worthwhile to give this place a try.

Delicious food, clean restaurant & amazing price. Not sure why other negative reviews. We had the tripple flavor hotpot. Tom yum soup is our favorite. The crab is fresh too. Strongly recommend.

Been here a couple of times. The food is always very fresh and is very good quality. The servers are very nice. We accidentally burnt the noodles by keeping them in the broth for too long and they were kind enough to suggest changing out the whole two broths without us even asking them! The broth bases are very good and taste delicious. I do feel like the tables are a bit small if you are more than 2-3 people but other than that no complaints. It’s rarely crowded in there and we’ve had no issue getting a table right away.

Great value for the price, especially in comparison to other hot pot restaurants in the area. Soup bases were flavorful, staff was kind and attentive, and the food was excellent with a great selection. Definitely will be coming back in the near future.

Place is not as extravagant as other hot pot but it’s affordable. Food is good. Broth is excellent. If you want an nice outing without a hole in your pocket then this is the place.

Terrible service, the waitress took away my food before I'm done without asking me if I'm finish. I was in the middle of eating the food and she just come and took the plate from me. The food is good but, they need new staff and better training.

Food was good but not better than their competition. The service was terrible. Various things rude, rushy, dont accomodate. Will not return or refer anyone to this place. You can get the same food with better servce somewhere else.

Love it! We went there for the first time tonight! The staff is super friendly.. especially Peter! He made us feel very welcome and did an excellent job explaining the menu! The food is fabulous! We had the pork bone soup with noodles, chicken and lamb! The sauce bar is fun because you can try different flavor combos! We'll definitely be going back and recommending it to friends!

Good food but the service is horrible. After such horrible service I gave a low tip and was then approached by the servers (1 girl and 3 or 4 guys) and bullied into giving a $25 tip !!!!! They literally would not allow my boyfriend and I to leave it was ridiculous
