It was National Donut Day and I didn't even know it, that is, until I placed my order. I'm so glad that the person helping me said, "And would you like a free donut?" At first, I was confused, but then I looked around and saw the posters and banners, balloons, all saying, "National Donut Day June 2nd". After laughing at myself for being so unobservant, I said, "Well, of course! I'd love a free donut!" So, long story short, I'm just grateful. The person who helped me made my day. It may seem like a small thing, but getting a free donut with my drink just made my day that much sweeter!
This place was actually pretty swamped most of the time when I visited because it was the only nearby coffee place open during a winter storm while our conference at the convention center was going on. They handled the crowd well with fairly speedy service, and the coffee and bagel was just what you expect.
This is definitely one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts locations.
Nice people at this location. Located in the heart ❤ of China Town Philadelphia. People come here after Church Service on Sundays

I order from this Dunkin almost every other day/week. The guy who I assume is the manager or owner is the best even without my pink North face winter coat on and wearing my sunglasses instead of my regular glasses, he still knows me and makes sure my order is correct and ready. I'm definitely going to get his name so I can edit this and give him the credit he deserves!!!!!
This Dunkin' Donuts is very sweet and welcoming. Service was very kind and helpful. The coffee was fresh and hot. I had a strawberry icing doughnut, with Dunkin' sprinkles (as shown in the picture below.) It was very delicous and I would recommend it if you are having trouble choosing. I hope this is a helpful review that will help you in the future.
This dunkin is pretty good, they get a lot of business but move pretty fast. The one thing I hate is that the use "hun, darling, babe, etc. After every statement and its annoying but I know it's a hard habit and not meant in a negative way.
This is my go to DD for breakfast. Good staff who treat the regulars well. They do a good job keeping the pan handlers from the area away from customers.
As it is connected to Jefferson Station and the Convention Center, this location can become very crowded when events are in town. With their on the go ordering, this isn't a problem.
I went there to get a large coffee and sausage, egg, cheese on a multi-grain. When the the lady took the order I ask her politely can she add butter on the begal. She could have said no because she already done the order I would had understand but instead she said something in her native language with a smart tone and everyone on the front line register laugh. I felt embarrassed and upset. She told the person who made my sandwich to add butter to the fact she embarrassed I shouldn't had to experience that. Also I did a survey from the receipt that was given and ask for a call back. It's been 3 days and no call but the lady still work there. This is why I'll go to Starbucks.
Received a call from General manager Omar and he fix my problem and the store Anida took care of me. Thank you so much for you two.
I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. Their frozen hot chocolate is sinfully delicious. Autumn brings their fabulous Pumpkin Muffins which are always gone too fast. Whatever I buy there helps pass the time chewing and swallowing, while stopped at traffic jams on I-95. I used to drink their hot Vanilla Chai, which will stay drinkable for two days in a cool car, possibly even a hot car. Too much sugar though now and what's in it anyway?! Dunkin Donuts is definitely a smart stop before the highway. It should be prescribed for folks with road rage.
