Neat bar in Old City for sure. Service was chill and we were able to grab seats at the bar on a busy Sunday night. There wasn't the largest beer selection I've seen and cocktail options could have been more interesting, but definitely a solid spot for the area.

Awesome place for locals and visitors. The groups we've brought here for rounds of drinks and cheesesteaks loved their experience to get the true sense of a Philly bar.

Super cute place with good drinks. I didn't get food but I will next time. I will certainly be back. It was pricier than I would have expected, but again, the cocktails were good and inventive. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Too expensive but they did the trick. The set up is adorable, this is a really cute bar. Divey but not dirty or gross. Really nice staff.

Good beer selection, great music. We ducked in due to heavy rain and we were pleasantly surprised. Great neighborhood feel.

I would rate this place 1 star just to have my review on a t-shirt, but honestly, this is my favorite place in downtown Philly. Always great food, the staff is stellar and an awesome drink selection. If you don’t agree— go somewhere else, this is THE spot.

This place has been a family favorite for many years. It is mainly a bar, but during the day it's great for a quick bite and family friendly. The cheesesteak is my personal favorite. I no longer live nearby, but I had the opportunity to introduce my husband to it a couple weeks ago and it did not disappoint.

Dana poured some spectacular White Russians, was an 11 out of 10 for hospitality while we were there, and was running on 4 hours of sleep. What a blast- make this place happen if you can!

I liked the Bar and location. $11 for the cheesesteak and $7 for a draft, I like it considering the location. The cheesesteak was average, possibly good considering the area. if I was schlepping around olde city again and wanted a beer and cheesesteak, I wouldn't pass up Rotten Ralph's. I would however probably get the cheesesteak eggroll. overall good experience.

Great environment, great food, good service, great location to take in local activities and the perfect ending to a stroll! This was my first authentic Philly cheese-steak and MAN Rotten Ralph's did not let me down!!! The bar's atmosphere and location makes your trip more enjoyable. We actually got to enjoy a drum band march by as we sipped some suds. This bar is close to the riverfront and the war monuments and other historical sites. It's a 'must check out' while in Philly.

Rotten Ralph's is a cool pub and grill. Bartenders are mostly female and they're very friendly and very accommodating when you need a request. Eg. I needed a receipt and the bartender accommodated my request.
