Did a online order and food was ready sitting on counter when I arrived. They followed my dietary instructions for a simple tuna and cheese sandwich with chips. The Atmosphere is cozy for college student or business endeavors as play soft music and they have 2 balcony’s with a indoor fireplace. Cons: Parking sucks as it’s on the side of the building and their side entrance is not open causing inconvenience.

Went to get a quick lunch, but I had a sick kid in the car and screwed up my order. Was a little frazzled, but the person who helped me (Derek) was patient, helpful, and got me all straightened out very quickly. Terrific customer service.

I am a fan of the ten vegetable soup and tuna and purchased throughout the last few years however I had not dined before. Today I dined in and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I will fine in more.

Just stopped for a drink and a conference call. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I'm handicapped and one of their staff went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated him! ❤️ My new favorite Panera location!

We love the bear claws and muffins. We also purchased tuna fish sandwiches for lunch. Associates were friendly and attentive. My only recommendation is to make the coffee stronger. I've visited several locations, and the coffee tasted the same. I am looking forward to our next visit minus the coffee.

I absolutely love love love this place! Have been to two different locations and haven't been let down yet! My girlfriend and I decide to make this our "go to place" their outside scenery is nice and the visits are always fast and easy. Be Sure to become one of their members they offer rewards🤗 My pictures do them no justice😣 my girlfriend is the photographer so all of the great shots are unfortunately in her phone 🤣🤓

Great overall experience, Bacon egg and cheese sandwich was excellent...i really enjoyed the bread they used also...place is very clean and seems to be well managed too...kudos to the great service!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤦🏽‍♂️

I went for The first time in awhile,and they did away with my favorite drinks,and when they packed my order they forget my treats,I'm so glad I checked before I left. The guy at the register was really nice and helpful. As always though the food was delicious 😋

The cashier guy was very nice I asked for a cheese Danish and there wasn't none at the front counter and he went out his way to get me one but others Panera places i been to the bring it food to the table and mines never came I went to the counter and my food was sitting there and I had to carry it to my table and my caramel hot latte was not made wright but I guess it wasn't my day

The food was ok but the staff at this location is rude. The cashier that took my order seemed disinterested and rolled her eyes several times when I asked her what was in the salads. I accidentally dropped my cup and her attitude got even worse. I apologized but she didn't respond. Continued on to suck her teeth and breathing hard. I won't visit this location again!

I usually have a good experience every time I come here. Today I ordered the pick two(brocc cheddar soup and steak/white cheddar panini). Soup was fine but the sandwich was one of the worst I have had here. Three small pieces of meat and a few onions. I have had this before and it didnt loom like this. Not sure if you have scaled down your products or I got a lazy cook. I would post a pic but you can not. Hopefully next time it will not be so skimpy.
