One of my favorite spots to grab breakfast. Food is always fresh and good. Service is amazing and the kids room is an added bonus to us parents!!

I love this place. The service is great, and they're very alert to your needs and check back at the right time. It's a nice, cozy, experience with great ambiance. The establishment definitely cares about the kids in the community as well, as they have an actual kids room for parents and children to read books in. And there are posters and signs dedicated to the importance of raising children and learning from them. This is a GREAT local community business and deserves much credit. They treat every customer with care too. The food itself was phenomenal! I had the chicken and waffles, which was the best take on the dish I've had in quite some time. The waffle was crispy and fluffy, and the syrup added to it's character in such a great way. The chicken was honey glazed and perfectly fried to be tender and juicy on the inside. The jalapeno poppers added the perfect amount of heat... And just goes "wow" in your mouth. My only regret is my grandmother showed me this place, which means she's now officially cooler than me.
The wait was long. However when we actually got seated the service was fast and the good was amazing.
My dad and I ate breakfast here. The food was delicious. Everything was well prepared and served at a temperature that allowed for immediate consumption. I had the French toast (I'm not adventurous) and it did not disappoint. My dad had catfish and grits, too much for him to handle, but he was satisfied and happy to take the rest home. The meal was topped by the courteous staff and low meal prices. I will definitely be returning, and I'm bringing friends.

I love this place. The food, the staff, the ambience is all top-notch. Very friendly vibe and the breakfast options are some of the best in the city. Every single waffle variation is delicious, the omelettes are equally great. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I come here almost once a week now.
This was my 1st visit to eat in. Service was AWESOME! We had Catfish and grits, stuffed
French Toast with strawberry cream cheese, Cajun Crab Cakes, and lastly the steak that was cook very well. The atmosphere was AWESOME spoke with the owners and I love what they are doing with young people and their exposure to an positive business environment. Also I love the book room for the young kids. Great food and met some AWESOME people. I loved spending my dollars at Rose Petals Cafe'.... and will be back very soon!
Excellent food and a tasteful yet welcoming atmosphere accompanied by attentive servers made our visit a wonderful experience. I was raised southern yet just enjoyed the best shrimp and grits that I have ever eaten thanks to this floral culinary jewel. I highly recommend to anyone in the area craving an exceptional dining experience for a reasonable price.

I had the catfish, grits, spicy turkey sausage, and egg whites and it was delicious! It was so much food for such a low price. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff are the best! I heated up the food later that day and the food was still good, even the grits.
