Cannot beat this combo of quality, price and service. Had four unique and delicious sushi rolls with many options on the menu. One of the rolls was slightly mismade and they had a correct roll made without any hesitation. Best of all they served a bowl of edamame on the house.

Nice little sushi and noodle joint. Got a few roles and udon noodles here. Staff was very friendly, it’s nice and relaxed inside. Will be back again.

Excellent prices and menu options. Came for the half off special rolls and they were well worth it, especially the tempera rolls. Also received edamame on the house. Would highly recommend.

Serving was incredible. Came here for a friend's party. We had a large table in the private area in the back and we literally had large sharing plates of everything, plus 2 sushi boats. Everything was amazing.

Not sure about any of the other food but their ramen is no good. Too fishy and that fish taste overpowers the broth.
Not worth getting the ramen. Lady was friendly who took my order even after the kitchen was closed!

Relaxing and ambient atmosphere with good service. We ordered a sashimi salad which was delicious and couple rolls. Everything was fresh.

Food really is good. Fish is fresh, and the list is so extensive. I love how they have more variety of the simpler sushi rolls.their other dishes are also very well made - I love their seafood kushiyaki. Ambience is lovely for a peaceful time. Service is on and off. Sometimes super nice, other times alright. However, it is definitely worth a try!

Listen, there's a bunch of good sushi places throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, but To-Yo is uniquely special. The variety, the preparation, the serving size, the staff, just everything makes any visit a great experience. The owner is always on site and friendly and welcoming and truly funny. He told me "this is my life" when referring to To-Yo and it shows in the quality of his craft.

This place is still the best if them all.
Not flashy like Ninja. It just has delicious food and a great staff.
Try the Kani salad and the Special Cucumber Roll. Everything else is delicious too!

Love the place! Out of all sushi restaurants around the area, this must be the finest. Fish is so fresh, it melts in the mouth. My family comes here regularly for the past 8 years. The owner takes a pride in what he does. He’s always there. I believe it’s important.
