This fast food vegan restaurant is a breath of fresh and healthy air! Everything on the menu looks good. Lots of organic and fresh, simple favorites. Our food was delicious and service was great also. My 17 year old son loves this place so much, he chose to eat lunch there all five days of a camp he attended!
We love the food here! Everything is always so fresh and the food tastes amazing. Every time I come to Philly I have to stop by and get the chic’n ranch sandwich. Wish there was a location in Jersey.
The philly cheese steak was exactly what I was hoping it would be. As a vegan visiting Philly, my options for a cheese steak are limited. But I didn't feel like I was missing anything. It was extremely savory, hot, melty, beefy, and was on a nice hoagie that'd been lightly toasted. So good.
The fries were nothing to write home about but were good. The kale lemonade was great! I wasn't sure what to expect but it's basically just good lemonade with an ever so slight kale bitterness to balance the sweet/sour. It's very good.
The service was great. Very polite and friendly.
Got myself a chocolate shake and a buffalo chick’n sammy. Both were great. Liked the slaw on the sandwich. The milkshake, although a little less chocolate-y than I would like, was good. Highly recommend this place for a plant based bite.
One of the best vegan chains around! Every time I’ve been to a hip city veg over the past 4 years it’s been amazing! My favorite thing at the moment is the shakes, they’re great. So nice to have such great vegan options.
Excellent Philly cheesesteak. Buffalo nuggets also great. Normally not a fan of vegan cheese but didn’t notice it. Highly recommend this joint. As was on hunt for a veggie cheesesteak!!!!
Food was just ok….I was vegan for a long time and though I’m not anymore I’m still picky about textures given how far vegan food has come. The nuggets were dry as heck. But the service was insanely great and the staff at this location deserve raises. They’re BUSY! Would come back just for them, lol.
Gluten free options available just ask! I’m gluten free and vegan and this place was wonderful. It was like having a ‘50s burger fries and shake but I could eat it! The staff was courteous and understanding and took time to explain the different menu options and assure me that it would be safe for me to eat. My companion had no dietary restrictions but loved the shake and fries more than “traditional” ingredient places. Would recommend to anyone who wants a delicious hearty meal with only goodness for your body and the planet. Love the eco packaging commitment.
Holy... Just go. I have never had such a good vegan sandwich in my life! The vegan chicken is crispy even after traveling, while remaining soft in the middle, with a bite. The ranch is incredible- they should serve it as a sauce on the side, for dipping! Onion rings also traveled super well, still crispy when they got here!
I can't say enough good things about this place. Haven't had a meal that blew me away like this one in YEARS!
Above and beyond customer service, very nice people. Everything was so good. My favorite was the Buffalo salad with bleu cheese dressing and the Philly cheesesteak. Love their free sauces also, mildly sweet and sooo delicious. Even my non vegan brother in law loved it. He really enjoyed the hip city smoky sweet chik’n’ wrap. They also offer catering. Love to Support 100% plant based, cruelty free. Highly recommended. Def coming back again, probably tomorrow haha can’t wait.
Wow! This place has quality cuisine. I'm a vegetarian, not vegan. Sometimes I can't handle a vegan option. This meal, however, was stupendous! The cheesesteak and nuggets felt identical to what I remember eating years ago. Well done! Thank you for a terrific meal.
The clear winner here is the Udon Noodle Salad. Healthy, tasty, filling—addictive.
The gluten free bun is pretty dry, but the yummy burger sauce adequately compensates.
Better check to see whether your kiddos are willing to try vegan nuggets—they’re not for everyone (but adults may simply gobble them up if they’re rejected by the intended recipients).
