The Chocolate cannoli and the Ricotta cannoli was tasty. So yummy! The small veggie slices of pizza was also cool! and the price is not expensive at all. it's around a dollar fifty a slice range of price, or around twelve dollars a box. I like this place, and I'll definitely come back for the "To Go" bakery. if you come here you may want to try the delicious Stromboli too

This is a childhood favorite stop that i hope never goes! From living a block away and growing up and getting bread for su day dinner and rolls for the week to cookies and of course their pizzaz (how ever it is spelled!) Pizza!
Now I live outside the city, but I come back about twice a month to bring my mom to her doctors and I stock up on our favorites 🤣 steak pizza, pizzaz (🤷♀️), rolls, cookies... ugh the best and very fresh!
I have to get a back up roll for home... its usually half picked at as I drive home.
If only they sold the little pats if butter.... well maybe not id end up in a car crash but.... this place is carb heaven and a blessing to south Philly.

Another South Philly bakery I went to for the sole purpose of sampling their take on the square tomato pie. Even though I arrived early, I had to wait about 10 mins for the tomato pie to be brought out of the oven, which was fine with me. Can't get any more fresh than that! I purchased a half dozen slices, and stepped outside to dig in. I can't say anything really stood out upon taking my first bite. They have a good recipe, and a decent sauce, but nothing grabbed my attention making me want to go back for more. I definitely prefer Cacia's tomato pie to Sarcone's, but I actually like the nearby New York Bakery's a bit more. Definitely give Cacia's Bakery a try and decide for yourself!

We tried the legendary Tomato Pie and my first impression was that it was a pizza missing cheese, excellent but incomplete. However, as the taste of the sauce lingered, I started to really notice the complexity of the fresh herbs mixed with the sweet tangy tomato. It was one of the best tomato sauces I had ever had and it was atop freshly made bread that was both doughy and a bit crispy, much like a focaccia. Before we knew it, it was all gone and we were aware that we had eaten something excellent. It was a mistake to think of it as a cheeseless pizza, although people looking for something like that will be quite pleased. Instead, think of when you've seemingly finished a great dish with marinara and you have before you a plate or bowl filled with leftover sauce and you scoop that up with bread, hopefully fresh and doughy, in order to extend the dish's delicious life until there is no red left and you must finally relinquish the experience to the realm of memories. The Tomato Pie is THAT experience.
*Warning, the pie gets cold quick. It's still good, but cold.

Small business but had what we needed. We ordered on the phone & it wz ready when we got there. It wz pretty busy but fast service. I think they bake in the premises b/c it smelled goood! Good variety of goods Breads are to die for, yummy.
