A co worker of mine orders from here a lot and today I decided to get the Drunken Noodles with Chicken. (Not spicy) I’m glad I ordered the non spicy version , I can’t imagine what the spicy one is like!! It was very tasty full of flavor. I can’t wait to try some of their other items on the menu!!

Food and service were great. It was quiet and not busy on a Friday night at 8PM.

While in the area, we happened to stumble upon this place. We dined in on a Wednesday night. Though we were the only ones in the restaurant, there was a revolving door of people coming in to pick up their orders. That's a good sign to know that their food is good. We ordered a variety of fried rice dishes.. I've never seen so many options for fried rice as they do at House of Thai Cuisine. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, and they were absolutely delicious! I had some leftovers packed and was craving to devour it the next day. Although the staff wasn't the friendliest, they were respectful and tended to our needs. I'm not sure if it was an off day for them, but nonetheless, the food makes up for it all. If I'm ever back in the area, I will be sure to eat here again. You should too!

House of Thai was recommended to me by couple of my colleagues, some of which would drive 30 minutes just for their food. After ordering couple popular items, I can see why.
At the time of my arrival, there was some minor construction ongoing. But that didn't impact my experience, since we ordered for takeout.
What was ordered:
Spring Rolls (Good)
Thai Fried Rice - with Chicken (Delicious)
Drunken Noodle (Absolutely delicious) - I can see why it is so popular. I would not hesitate to order this dish every single time. It is packed with flavor, and the food is thoroughly cooked, tasted very fresh.
If you are in the area, highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

This is hands down the best Thai restaurant in the northeast. & my second favorite Thai restaurant in the city. I'm a big fan of their drunken noodle! Their spicy basil fried rice is always delicious. & you definitely can't go wrong with their red curry or green curry dishes either. If you're in the mood for some delicious Thai cuisine you won't regret stopping in here a bite to eat.

Great little hidden gem. I came to visit family and wanted to eat something different from the typical Philly food. We went for a girls dinner before a movie, it was snowing so the place was pretty empty. The place is small but nice. The food the great as were the prices. You must try the Thai iced tea and sweet sticky rice. Four of us ate for $70 including a generous tip, for a place with cloth napkins, that's almost unheard of. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in town.

That suff is amazing with the dipping sauce. Going between that and mango sticky rice is amazing combo. We all enjoyed our meals and love sharing the appetizers.

The food was so delicious I just had to leave a review! Mango sticky rice was my favorite! Drunken noodles were perfectly cooked not soggy, the rice was flavorful and the satay was not dry! Definitely recommend will be ordering again!

I ordered the Siam chicken it comes with rice, string beans, broccoli and peanut sauce. Everything was delicious, the best peanut sauce I’ve ever tried. A few days ago I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and chicken. The best in town no exaggeration 😊. It tasted way better than I was expecting. Their Thai tea isn’t overly sweet it’s just right.

Found this on the web awhile ago and bookmarked it. So glad we decided to try it this Friday night. I had the vegtable soup and tofu special. Both exceeded my expectations. Very fresh vegetables cooked perfectly, very flavorful and light at the same time. Super friendly host who also was our server. My wife had the vegtable pad Thai which was as good as the best we have ever had. We will be back. This place should be packed on a Friday night yet only three tables were occupied. I highly recommend.

Hidden Gem. You wouldn't expect to find a place like this on Cottman Avenue. The food is delicious, always consistent. We've never had a bad meal eat in or take out. The curry puffs are one of my favorites. The hubby almost always orders the duck which is yummy. When mangos are in season, the mango sticky rice is out of this world. BYOB and enjoy!

A true Gem of Northeast Philly!. This place is small, elegant, and a true gem of the Northeast. My parents recently moved back home from Florida and have been searching for a new Thai place to eat, after going there last night...I think they've found it! It's BYOB...AWESOME! If you go and forget to bring a nice bottle of Sake there's a most convenient liquor store directly across the street!!

I'm a vegetarian and they had a great selection for us non-meat eaters. The prices were fair, the food was impeccable, and the service was outstanding. Their Panaeng Curry was amazing, but I had the sauce from the Mango Curry as well as the Curry Duck and it was equally as good. My mom ordered the duck and from what she said, it was crispy and moist and cooked perfectly.

They also have take-out which is all kinds of awesome and dangerous as I will be ordering from them most likely on a weekly basis.
