7-21-23 Stephanie our server was funny, professional, and on point! Fun classics with some new twists. I had the Tacoidilla and of course the salad bar. Those croutons are killer!!! My wife had the Ruby Burger with Sweet Potato fries. They cooked to perfection.

Was a bite concerned after reading previous comments but they must revamped the staff and cooks. Salad bar was wonderful everything fresh I watched it be checked and refilled twice in my hour there. My server was great. He was a nice guy and extremely helpful. Burger was delicious, unfortunately the bun was a bit dry, minor detail. Overall very impressed!!!

My co-driver had the ribs and they were fork tender and awesome. I had a bite with and without the BBQ sauce and it was awesome both ways. I had the smoke house burger had the right combo of ingredients and no one thing dominated making for an explosion of flavor. Was so full had the strawberry cheese cake to go. Staff was friendly and checked on us without interrupting the conversation. Very polite and courtious.

Stephanie is one of the coolest bartenders I've met in Philly. This is coming from a F&B Director for Hilton in New Orleans. Anybody can pour a beer, but ya can't teach personality. And she has it. She's the reason why me & all my friends will go see her as soon as we get off the plane.

Every time I eat here I have to tell them to heat my food up… it’s like u order a meal one of ur sides will be cold it makes no sense at all!!! All Food should be HOT my mash potatoes COLD and this is not the first time the nachos and queso… gotta tell them to heat the cheese up Gonna edit my ad now. They must have a new cook because now my food has been prepared the right way 🆙 hot and yummy 😋 this is my second time back with no complaints now

I mainly go here for the salad bar & it was not what it should have been. They should keep it stocked & wiped down constantly. The other food items were decent but nothing to have your mouth watering for a return visit. They are one of the few dine in options nearby so they will typically stay busy.

I had the Bourbon bbq Salmon, mixed veggies(zucchini/onions) and baked potato. It was the end of the night and the bartender wasn't in the best of moods but it's a place I have enjoyed for years so I'm not gon let one person mess up my experience. Anyway, always a good option before or after a flight and convenient near hotels and the PHL Airport. Until next time!!!

Their battered Pollock fish is delicious. Their wet talapia is disgusting. But what I come to talk about it the rotund blonde manager. She's efficient enough albeit an ice queen. I asked if I could get a to go salad like my Middle Eastern Brutha I just saw her hook up & she said they mixed up his order. Likely story. I'm thinking she was right up her alley and I wasn't her cup of tea. Maybe it's my past that makes me sensitive to such things. Couldn't offer me a soda pop as I waited? Just got firm but fair vibes. The help staff must've been hired for their looks or talk security because they just stand around, don't know prices or nothing about nothing so maybe that adds to the Manager feeling pressed.

Pretty busy early (5:00 p.m.) in the dinner period on a Friday evening as the pandemic recedes (we hope!). The shrimp platter was very good, as was the chicken corn chowder soup. And the peach tea beverage was truly amazing! My wife's steak was overcooked, but reported to be tasty and tender nonetheless.

I was there yesterday after work with a coworker. My first time there and I was excited! Now not so much. I was told by my server that the mac and cheese has bacon on it! Where is the bacon?!!!! The steak was nasty it went from med rare to rare!!?? The mash has a nasty powdery taste to it. When the server brought it out I ask her would she eat this and she said NO!!! Why I'm the world would bring this to me if you wouldn't eat it?! Nasty nasty meal. Desert wise oh it was amazing lol!! That's all I would ever go there for.

This place is the worst food not prepared properly.. One employee must be a cook walking around with his pants hanging showing his nasty underwrar while people are eating... Manager sitting at table on computer not paying attention Store#4174..... I do not recommend eating there... They also have the nats hanging out too while your trying to eat..... 2 Stars given here....

We had a very enjoyable dinner there on Sunday November 20. Our server Josh was awesome. We were not rushed. We were 3 adults and 3 children. The server kept all our needs taken care if. A cozy atmosphere. The food was inexpensive but wasn't that great .You get what you pay for.

Kitchen service was slow for a group of 6. Ordered a full rack of ribs but brought a half rack. “Oh we’ll bring another half “. First half was cold in the middle a lot of fat and NOT so tender. 2nd half was like I was at a different restaurant. Cooked with meat and covered with sauce. Reminds me of eating at Applebee. Yuk

The hostess staff needs more training on how to organize table seatings. The kitchen needs more staff. It was backed up to the point where they could not seat people to serve. It is a loss for the patron and the owner alike. Food was OK, but nothing to rave about.

I totally dislike this location. On two separate occasions, I acquired food poisoning. Once from the salad bar and once from and order of shrimp. I know it was the food because on both occurrences, I had not eaten earlier. I will never frequent this place ever again.

I normally love Ruby Tuesday & probably would have given it a 5. The waitress that we had was awesome & the food was delicious as always. I visited the Ruby Tuesday on Bartram Ave in Philadelphia, PA near the airport. What made this visit not a 5 was I was told that they discontinued the biscuits. I am in love with the biscuits & choose to eat at Ruby Tuesday over places like Applebee's or Friday's because of the biscuits alone. So if the biscuits are gone I might have to think about my dining choices the next time I go out.

Well last night I went and it was the best I had from there the food was hot and good it was busy too service was a lil lacking cuz they where busy but good !! Big ups to the chief Trell !!
