First time in Philadelphia! My fiancé and I had a sweet tooth so we were already site seeing in the area and this place was within reasonable walking distance. The menu is posted outside. You can order inside. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and he ordered the Avocuddle. I'm so glad we chose to stop by this place! It's something different that we've never had before and we absolutely fell in love with it🩵

We had the pleasure of visiting frozen rolled ice cream on Arch st. center city philadelphia on our date night this past Saturday and it was absolutely unique and delicious a real treat and just a great experience we totally recommend checking it out if your ever in the neighborhood..

Frozen green ice cream was delicious, very strong matcha flavor!! Not too sweet. They were really generous with the pecan toppings as well. A little pricey ($7.50) but the size is quite generous, can be shared among 2 people!

We were passing by Frozen and decided to stop in and were so glad we did. The frozen ice cream rolls are reasonably priced and come in so many varieties with plenty of topping to add on top. It’s an added treat to be able to see your order as it is being prepared for you. Definitely a sweet experience!

You get freshly made ice cream rolls in 2mins. A lot of varieties. $8 for a cup is expensive, but I would recommend it to try once. May not be my every weekend choice.

One of the best rolled ice cream in the area. Quick service , lot of variety , easily accessible , clean and well maintained . Staffs are quick and attentive. Minimum card spend must be $10 . Average price of all items are $7.50. I cup can hold min of 3 ice rolls. Definitely will come back here.

Really delicious ice cream, lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. It’s an open kitchen, very interesting to watch them to make the ice cream. The drink is very refreshing, not overly sweet.

Quick and prompt service, plenty of options to choose from, the chunky monkey(banana and nutella mix) is a must have here. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and delicious. They don’t have size options for the rolled ice cream, but a single rolled ice cream is plenty to for 2. You can add free 3 toppings, of which pocky sticks is an option.
This is a must visit place if you like ice cream. Would definitely recommend.
