I celebrated my Birthday at this amazing restaurant! The experience was awesome, my waiter was on point with his service. I felt attended too, and very appreciated for my business. I recommend this steakhouse to anyone. Go enjoy the food and prepare for deliciousness.
Amazing dinner!! Bone in Fillet is a must try!! Ask for waiter named Stephen (with Ponytail) he was on point!!
One of the best dining experiences of my life thanks to Henry and Staff. Right before arriving I told them I was planning on proposing to the love of my life and will be come to dine and celebrate. When we arrived our table was ready and they gave us a romantic both with decorations for the occasion. Henry was our server and I really can’t say enough good about him. Amazing young man who went out of his way to make this the best experience ever. This is a memory we will have forever thanks to everyone there. Managers and other staff came up and congratulated us. We ordered the Porterhouse for two which was to die for! They also brought our champagne and dessert for us. Again, Thank You Henry and everyone there that made our night special 🥰
My wife and I celebrated our 23rd Anniversary @ Ruth's Chris. We had a fabulous waitress named Kim. Lovely attitude. Very attentive service. She is an asset to Ruth's Chris.
Food was excellent.: Ribeye with shrimp and lobster, potato gratin and cream spinach
Terrence the manager looked in on us a few times making sure all was good.

Went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The table was decorated with confetti and there was a card on the table. The food was wonderful!! Walik was amazing!! Very attentive and apologetic due to a party of 30 who was close to us. We loved our table. We were able to dine in private. It was nice having the curtains closed. We will definitely return!
Chonyai was our server when we sat at the bar for lunch during our long weekend in Philadelphia. She was warm, friendly and very accepting of us. She made our experience truly wonderful! We ordered two The Botanist. martinis, two of the lunch specials (caesar salads, filet mignon w/ shrimp, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes.). Everything was perfect. Thank you, Chonyai for everything and for making our Anniversary very special!!

Preface, fine dining is not my fave but i was being treated to a birthday meal. My first time dining at a R/C - We dined on a Thursday, after 8pm. Exceptional service, reminded me of the staff on cruise ships, that's how professional everyone was. The best service from everyone, the bar staff greeted us when we entered, the host (hey braces! 😉) was so sweet and answered every question i had based on reading other reviews, our server Zuri was the greatest, very patient (detail oriented) with my friend and I, the server assistants were very kind and the manager was very sweet. The ribeye (no bone, medium) was perfect (I'm a Texas roadhouse prime rib lady)! The mushrooms were delicious, the best I've eaten! The sweet potato casserole was still HOT when I packed it to-go! Their food comes out piping hot! I didn't have room for dessert but was given a slice of cheesecake (for my birthday) to go (haven't tried it yet). My classic margarita was tasty too. Based on the mixed google reviews I wasn't expecting much but left very happy. Give them a play, you won't be disappointed.
So I'm normally wary of chains but had a very good dinner here. My group had apps, cocktails, steak, and dessert. Steaks were cooked perfectly and everything else was excellent. Shy was quick with drinks and very accommodating, would definitely come here again. We forgot something at the table and he made sure to find us and return it before we left.
We were celebrating 10 years and my husband is currently in a boot. Our waitress Liz went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even bringing a pillow for his leg. She was polite and endearing. She made our experience that much better
Renewed my faith in fine dining.. Ruth's Chris was marvelous. First time going on my birthday. I made a reservation and they honored everything I ask for in the details. The food was amazing. Hot and fresh from the kitchen. My server was awesome too. Money worth the price. Atmosphere & service was Top 10!! My newest favorite steak house... thanks Ruth's Chris recommend everyone try for yourself
The manager is excellent. Very hospitable, and he makes you feel like he’s known your for years. I would recommend eating there… Top notch.
We didn't actually plan to come here but the restaurant we wanted across the street (Harpers Garden) turned us away because they don't want or need our business. Ruth Chris was happy to have us and seated us immediately. Bri was our server and she was friendly and fast. I ordered a lemon drop and RJ ordered vodka and sprite and we started with spicy shrimp. Yum, these were large and juicy bang bang shrimp and there were an even number which is rare. We both ordered petite filet with shrimp and we shared lobster Mac and cheese. The filet came out sizzling and was cooked perfectly, the shrimp were huge and the Mac and cheese was on point! We fought over the lobster pieces. Bri was a pleasure and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
