We were fortunate to have sunny weather and chose to sit outside. The food was delightful, and I appreciated the presentation. Just look at my photos to see how vibrant the plates were! My Americano was quite strong, almost resembling an espresso. It wasn’t exactly my “cup of tea, but my friend enjoyed it. It’s all a matter of taste, I guess. I don’t know what the butter brand they serve, but it paired perfectly with my toast, taking me on a nostalgic trip to my childhood. Kudos for that unexpected flashback! The staff were genuinely friendly and nice. Overall we enjoyed the food and the place. Definitely worth coming back.

Lovely Sunday brunch at 3 J’s Cafe on Market St. Definitely busy, but not overwhelmed and we sat right away at 9:15am. Just a short wait to order from an excellent menu. Stuck with the classic and got an omelette platter with hot cider. The food came out timely as ordered and tasted very fresh. Potatoes were delicious! Would eat here again next time we visit center city. Cheers!

In town for a wedding but I wish I lived here so I could come every day!
I had the Ginger Honey Tea as a latte and it is the best tea I have ever had in my life!!!!
My sister got the Tofu scramble with home fries and I got the Vegan Breakfast burrito. I tried her home fries and they were amazing on their own! And this native Austinite can confirm this is the best vegan burrito I have ever had!! So flavorful and loaded with good fillings!!!

My absolute compliments to the chef. They let me do a build you're own sandwich with the Tofu since it was slow enough. Great vegan options as well. The tofu scramble with the Sun Dried tomatoes was incredibly flavorful

Friendly and always smiling lady named Amor run this Cafe from Monday to Friday. She makes good coffee. Located right at the entrance of the Square. Open early to serve you hot breakfast, lunch and snacks. Dine in or take away.

Cute Old City spot with attentive staff. And, The Very Best French Fries I've eaten in the City. They were perfectly crispy and seasoned with salt and black pepper. These fries stayed crispy even as they cooled down! I ate every last one. The fried egg was also gorgeously lacey with a rich orange yolk. (Kudos to the team there, shout-out to Tyrone:) I'll definitely be back.

Run!!! Don't walk to this cafe!!! One of the best breakfasts I've eaten in years! The coffee was great, the service was fast and very friendly, but the food.... chefs kiss everything we ate was phenomenal! We had huevos rancheros ( the tortillas were crisp, the eggs were cooked perfectly, the sauces OMG the sauces), classic benedict ( the hollandaise sauce was amazing... so amazing we got a side of with sourdough toast). You will not regret stopping in to eat.

Adorable little hole in the wall that you’d miss if you weren’t looking. Food was incredible and the service was friendly and top notch. Family owned (i believe) and kid friendly. Hard to believe i haven’t heard of this place before but definitely adding to the rotation of good food. (PS try anything with chorizo, 😋 )

Wonderful food! I had the southwest bowl with turkey sausage. The flavors meld together perfectly.
Friendly service. Great place to eat.

Staff and vibe are wonderful. The server was so nice and always went above. The food us typical American breakfast and hits the spit. Close to some key landmarks, great pit stop in between.

Small brunch spot with indoor & outdoor seating. The food was great & the have plenty of vegan/vegetarian options and substitutions. Ordering & payment is all online on your phone, which wasn’t a problem for us but I think most people might prefer to see a physical menu. The staff work very hard & make sure you are comfortable + satisfied with everything. Overall great spot!

Have you ever had a meal that was so good, you didn't want it to end? Well, wow, that's what I experienced at 3J’s Cafe in Old City Philly!!! My son and I were there for brunch on a Sunday. What a great, full menu! My son had the Fried Chicken Sandwich with a fried egg on to. He said it was incredibly tasty! I had the “Royale,” which is an eggs benedict with avocado and smoked salmon! It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious - the kind of delicious that makes you want to lick the plate! We highly recommend! It's a pretty small cafe, so make a reservation if you can. Or, if there'as wait... WAIT! I promise it's worth it!

The staff was so friendly and attentive; they made me feel right at home. When my order came, the presentation was just perfect, and the smell of the food made my mouth water.
I must say, the food was beyond my expectations. The pancakes were fluffy and heavenly, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the avocado toast was just divine. Each dish was bursting with flavors, and you could tell they used fresh, quality ingredients.
You could see how passionate the chefs were about their creations, and that passion definitely translated into the taste of the food.
And let's not forget the coffee! It was the ideal pick-me-up, and I could have sipped it all day.

Visited during drakes stop in Philly and the day after visited the cafe as it was close by. To my surprise I had one of the most delightful experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Wife and I immediately greeted with a huge, genuine smile from (please forgive me if I’m wrong) Yuli. She was also our server and wow what a great job from setting our outdoor table with an umbrella to amazing recommendations. Food was amazing including chicken salad croissant and homemade ginger tea to die for! Thank you for restoring my faith in the service industry .As someone who was a manager in other food industries in the Past her performance and the rest of the staff was flawless!
If you haven’t you must Visit! Wish I could do it a first time all over again.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast and lunch offerings (Home fries are great, eggs perfectly cooked, fresh sausage, wonderfully crispy bacon, amazing chicken, etc. etc... All killer, no filler!) Cozy, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff and generous portion sizes. Very reasonably priced for such a touristy part of town! My barbershop is nearby so I'll definitely be making a habit of stopping in for a meal.

A small cafe but worth the wait (if there is one). Nice, friendly staff and a solid menu with a number of choices for breakfast and lunch. I had the breakfast tacos which were delicious and my wife enjoyed her avocado toast. Definitely recommend it.

I just love to find a cute, cozy one and create a little office for a couple of hours. There's something about having the energy of others around me, but not involved, that creates a pleasant work atmosphere. But when a coffee shop is actually a little cafe, I'm in heaven! Although in this case, I didn't discover this week's Philly Spotlight, Sarah Levine of Luna Cafe (317 Market Street Philadelphia 19106), she discovered me, on Instagram, and invited me for a tasting!

Cozy café near the heart of Old City, focusing on fresh, farm to table dishes. The Chicken Tostada was very good and came inside a delicious, buttery tortilla bowl. Unfortunately, there weren't too many options for bigger group seating and we were sent to the too-narrow corridor at the back of the restaurant.

Very Good. Delicious, very cute place, good food, nice people. French toast 2 thumbs up
