This place is absolutely beautiful. The greeters at the door were fantastic. The service was quick and they made sure that me and my guess were having a good time and enjoy the food. No complaints about the food, it was delicious. All of the authentic flavors Were in each dish that was bought out to us. The crab guacamole dip was definitely something for the taste buds. The pineapple that they placed inside the guacamole made it sweeter even better to pair with the crab meat. Absolutely love this place and would definitely return. If you love flan, definitely get it it was extremely good.

Who would’ve thought that Philly would have some of THEE BEST Cuban food I’ve had? I went here and was blown away by the decor, the food and the service! I felt like I was back in Cuba as I ate and savored the flavors of all the food! The guacamole was unreal! I mean, guacamole with BLUE CRAB MEAT AND GRILLED PINEAPPLE?! And the plantain chips went with it perfectly! Also, every Friday & Saturday, there is a DJ and dancing!! I left full and HAPPY!!! This place has to be on your must-visit list!

My husband and I came here for our C cuisine for our Alphabet Dating. We chose Cuban! Pros: The food was tasty! I didn’t like the Havana sandwich as it was just like deli meat and horrible tasting cheese inside but this was just my taste. The food in general was good. I was given a card from the restaurant as they knew it was my birthday! The big dessert was cool! 2 sparklers in it was sweet!! We were sat before our wait time too and food came out fast. Cocktails were delicious and even gave you a sweetness scale which is helpful! Decor inside is beautiful. An amazing building. Cons: I’d say the sandwich wasn’t great at all but that’s just my taste. The wait/host staff could have been more upbeat/smiley. They looked bored. Although the dessert was amazing. It was so expensive ($25?!)

I've wanted to go here for a while now. Boy was I happy I went. The place is delightful. The ambiance is great. It's like a scene out of a movie. Everything is clean and well organized. Our waiter/bartender Jamir was as competent a server as I have ever run into. He was handling the whole upstairs bar and a few tables as well. We never had to wait for a drink or food. The Havana sandwich I had was excellent. But the must try are the Mojitos. I had 3 different ones and they were all fabulous. If you're in old city don't miss this gem.

Great food, amazing ambience Got to drink Dom Q Pasion after over a year and will certainly come back for this, if nothing else. It was buzzing with just enough people and the server- Rozalyn, was polite and helped out with the menu since it was my first time there. 100% recommend listening to the suggestions. I love their “taste reference” bar on the mojito selection. The Orange Creamsicle mojito was a pleasant surprise and the mango butter was so good. I highly recommend their pineapple guac- and this comes from someone who doesn’t like guac very much. Yuca fries, chicken empanadas, bolutas de yuca, plantain & malanga chips were all so so good. I love this place! We only got appetizers and they were not super expensive- spent around $100 here including a tip for 2 people.

Fantastic food, and better atmosphere! Service was excellent. It started off with the toast and mango butter they brought out, which was out of this world! The chicken I had was fantastic, and the sauce was great. The atmosphere of this place is amazing! Very open air, modeled after Cuba, ornate tiling, etc. Our service was great, too! Our waiter Jamir was very nice, and came frequently to check on us.

The food was great. The pineapple guacamole was amazing. I had the Ropa vieja, it’s my favorite dish when I go to a Spanish restaurant and it was pretty good. Mixto still does it better. The waiter was kind and gave recommendations, however she kept forgetting things we asked for, so we would have to ask again. There was no Spanish music playing, kinda quite, except for the conversations people were having. I wanted to try to eat upstairs, but we thought about it too late. I don’t think I would visit again, but I like it for what it was.

The atmosphere, the music, and the food will complete immerse you in the experience of the Cuban cuisine. To top it off, there's a special care given to customer service - making this an eatery you should definitely check out if you're ever in Philly! Big menu with lots of options for anyone to enjoy. Special touch during checkout as well!

Everything was great. Except one of the waitresses. She kept disturbing us to take the dishes, although, obviously, we were not done with our food.

Would I have expected any less after visiting their branch in Fort Lauderdale, FL? Nope! Although the service started with a little hiccup but all’s well that ends well. The ambiance is soothing and brings out the neighborhood of perhaps some part of Havana. The servers are friendly and aim to please. The food over all is of high quality and brings “home-cooked” flavors to the forefront. The iconic Bunelos and the Bolitas de Yuca are simply delicious. I asked for their hot sauce which was kinda mild but it went very well with the Yuca. The dips that came with the Tropical Chips are amazing. The Paella Vegetariana was well presented and tasty (Mika flavors) with chunks of mushroom. I love their flan. This is a great restaurant where food is king and the service is great. Give this place a shot. You will enjoy the experience.
