I can’t stop thinking about the meal we had at Vedge! I can’t wait to come back to the city and eat here again. The entire menu sounded amazing and the dishes we had were so good. The ingredients blend together perfectly and the flavours were delicious. The waitress was funny and sweet, with great attention to detail.

A Culinary Rendezvous of Romance and Delight Vedge, a haven for plant-based artistry, hasn't aged a day since our last visit years ago. Stepping into its warmly lit embrace was like rekindling a love affair with exquisite flavors and impeccable service. The ambiance remains as hushed and intimate as a, setting the perfect stage for a romantic rendezvous with my partner. But oh, the food! A symphony of textures and tastes played out on our plates, each dish a testament to the chef's masterful command of the vegetal world. The carrot "lox" stole the show, its smoky, oceanic depths defying its humble origin. The maitake mushrooms, dancing in a symphony of garlic and soy, were an earthy, smokey delight. And the date cake, oh the date cake! Each bite was a decadent embrace of warm spice and creamy cardamom ice cream, a sweet finale to a truly memorable meal. The service, like the food, was flawless. Attentive yet unobtrusive, our server navigated our dietary needs with grace and expertise, making us feel like the only guests in the room. Vedge isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience, a celebration of culinary creativity and genuine hospitality. If you're seeking a romantic escape, a culinary adventure, or simply a reminder that plant-based cuisine can be both divine and decadent, look no further than Vedge. It's a vegan haven that transcends labels, a love letter to flavor and artistry that will leave you breathless and wanting more. Highlights: Impeccable service: Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. Warm and romantic ambiance: Perfect for a special occasion or an intimate dinner à deux. Standout dishes: Carrot "lox," maitake mushrooms, date cake with cardamom ice cream. Stellar execution: Each dish a masterpiece of flavor and texture. A must-visit for: Vegans and non-vegans alike who appreciate culinary excellence. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars, a shining star in the Philadelphia dining landscape.

We had a lovely dinner at this upscale vegan restaurant. A complex menu with many flavors across 12 options. We enjoyed the custom beverages and the desserts a bit more than the food though the entire experience was tasty and interesting.

It’s been almost a week since we ate here- and I still am thinking about the food- specifically the grilled avocado and the Dan Dan noodles. This is a 5 star restaurant- and the fact that the food is fully vegan is even more mind blowing. Come and try a little bit of everything, you will not be disappointed. Both drinks we tried were fantastic.

A must-go-to restaurant if you're in Philly, even if you aren't vegan. The dishes are way larger than you think and it is actual inventive vegan fare versus just meat substitutes. Cannot recommend enough!! Make a reservation in advance.

Great places with very creative and incredibly tasteful vegetarian and vegan dishes! Lively atmosphere and great ambiance. This innovative restaurant by Chefs Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby provides irresistible seasonal vegetarian and vegan dishes in western format! Prior reservations are needed and finding a public parking spots on weekends and busy time is little difficult. Make sure to reach early as the reservations are mostly 90 mins slots.

So, so, wonderfully appetizing. The drinks were amazing. The eggplant entree was delightful, not overtop at all, just enough. The cocktails are so very, dangerously good. Wonderful service and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely want to go back and 1000% recommend.

For Vegan and Vegetarian options this is one of the hottest locations in Philadelphia well worth worth wait and any journey necessary. Creative chefs are clearly being given free reign to experiment to the limits of what this rising culinary and dietary movement have to offer. Staff are well versed in the menu options and are warm in their demeanor but can be apprehensive. This may be due to the high demand for seats at the restaurant. Nonetheless a wonderful dining experience if analyzing nothing but the morsels delivered to your table.
