7-eleven

I visit this 7 11 on a weekly basis. The store is always clean, doesnt have that smell you get when you go to some convenience stores, im sure you know the smell im talking about, lol. always got hot coffee and if by chance the dont they will make a fresh pot right away. The staff is always very friendly whether you visit in the day or in the middle of the night and get you in and out quickly every time. And I cant forget this, they always have the best gas prices around. So for a pleasant experience and fast service and excellent gas prices give this store a try and im sure you will make it your store too.

I live around the area and have been coming to this station for years and in the past have had very friendly service and I actually enjoyed talking to the employees here. The recent night crew employees have not been so friendly. My most recent experience was horrible. The employees had zero passion for a customer that was obviously autistic and were making fun of him when he left. Later I come to the counter and despite what I just saw was as cordial as I normally am, and when I left I said have a good night and I hear in the background from another employee "Well I would if you hadn't come in here"...Despicable, why should I have even bothered being cordial to begin with after what I had just seen.

I have been coming to this 711 since it first opened and I know several of the employees by name. Henry is by far the friendliest clerk at the store. He always says hello to the customers and myself as well and he's a funny and amusing! I always enjoy coming in when he's working. I truly hope management recognises what a wonderful employee he is to everyone. Unfortunately the two women, Melanie and Debbie who work at night are VERY VERY rude every single time. I know them by first name because I'm a regular and they used to be friendly. That's how I know their names. I seriously have no idea why they're this way now, but this has been going on for far too long. The thing is, they used to not be this way and I have a neighbor who says the same thing, that these two women are so extremely rude. I've come in on several occasions where I say hello when I go to pay and they don't say a single word except the total OR they continue talking among eachother as if me, the customer interrupted their chat when I go to pay. Besides the total, there's not another word to me, ever. Tonight I said to Debbie "have a good night", and she just walked away and -yes- she most certainly heard me. The customer in front of me she was friendly to so I have no idea what the problem is. Other times they roll their eyes and make comments between eachother like the customers need to leave so they can get their work done. This is when I've come in when it's a little busier. There's been many times when I go to pay, Melanie was drawing behind the counter and gets frustrated when she had to stop drawing so that I can pay. Recently when there was a shortage of gas from the hurricane, my mom simply asked Melanie if she knew when they may have more gas- simple question, right? So Melanie says while her arms flew up in the air "do I need to put a sign on my head?! I'm tired of people asking over and over!!!" Melanie completely flipped out over a simple question. My jaw literally dropped, like "did that just really happen? Really?" And let's just say that instantly made my mother angry and she immediately confronted her how rude she is and Debbie took over to take the payment pretty embarrassed. But tonight- I've had it. I've worked jobs I don't enjoy throughout the years and I have NEVER, EVER treated a customer the way they have treated me. Ever. I have always been polite and tonight I am sitting in my car so angry that I put up with this every single time I come in when they're working. And yes they know me. I don't care if they hate their jobs, they have absolutely no reason to treat any customer this way, myself included. I come across so many people in life and not everyone is friendly all the time and I get that. It happens. But as of tonight, this is past the point of ridiculous because it happens every single time I am here. Obviously they're rude to me but I've witnessed this happen with other customers. I'm definitely going to contact corporate about this- it's gotten to that point. There are many other people that would gladly work in their place who would treat customers a lot nicer. I know working overnights is not easy, I ran overnights as a shift manager and yes it isn't always easy. But there's absolutely no excuse for their rudeness, period. If I were their manager they would have been gone a long time ago if I got these complaints and I know I'm not the only one. But for Melanie and Debbie, they've proven time and time again that showing some plain-and-simple respect towards others is something far too difficult for them to handle. It would be wonderful if someone from corporate can give them some training on customer service if that's even possible. There's no reason for them to be rude or take their attitudes out on customers.

I dont know why but everytime I go in that store I dread havin the little person guy check me out. He not only looks so miserable but he actuallu is. I dont know who hired him but im sure it was because they felt sorry for him. He sure has a chip on that little shoulder of his. He acts like Mr. know it all but cmon your a cashier for a gas station. It doesnt take brains to do that job. I guess I would be pissed if i was born a little person but i wouldnt take it out on other people. This poor guy needs a pitty lay.

THIS 7-11 is the worst one i have ever been in the white trash older lady in there that mad at life because she makes minimal wage and cant do better in life. this is the third time i have been treated like i am nothing to her. like i am beneath her. the first time it happen i thought to my self "maybe she having a bad night" so i just let it go. but no now 3 times is not no bad. i will never go back here.

Worst place ever I got a flat tire yesterday and I told the dude from the register named Raymond if it was ok for me to leave my car wich he said yes !!! It will take 48hrs for your vehicle to get towed so I went home thinking it was going to be there since he told me that went the next day with my spare tire to put it on and my car wasent their any more they charged me 293 $ to get it back wich is not cool he told me it was ok for me to leave it .only like 12 hours when I went back it’s ok tho I called corporate already sooo good luck 🍀
