i bought a six pack and had to run my card through twice due to machine not reading the chip. Later that day realized my card was charged 2 times. Went back to the store and the manager basically told me I was a liar although I showed him the charges. Beware of this store. Staff is nice but the manager is a jerk.

Beware of this store! This store is nothing but a SCAM!! The cashier tried to charged me $125 from my credit card for no reason. I had to cancle my credit card and get a new one. Ridiculous!! So dishonest people. I will NEVER come back!

Came in around 3:30am and couldn’t tell if the dude was working or not but he didn’t say anything to me while I’m standing right in front of him. No clue what is issue is but if he can’t pretend like he’s ready to help he can’t even be at a gas station at 3am

The worse treatment from a manager of the store I've ever experienced. I came in with my co-worker for lunch & he filled up the company car with gas & purchased hotdogs. The manager in a prejudiced way followed me in the store, since I'm a black elderly male over to the microwave as I was warming up my lunch. First, he accused me of putting coffee in my cup when I'm drinking tea, and was only filling my cup with hot water tap. Then he said I'm using microwave for free & not a paying customer. This is a very sad & disrespectful way to treat people of any ethnic group. Please, have a regional representative look into this from 7/11 headquarters.

Been a customer non stop every morning for about 8 years. Always buy same thing, spend about $6-$8 daily. Today didn’t sit well with me, the cashier typed her own phone number in to receive reward points for her account. I have my own phone number to type in to get my self points to redeem at some point

Oh. My. Word. The parking lot was absolutely filthy. Looked like Portland after an Occupy Whatever rally.
Inside was clean enough, I suppose that is far more important!!!
But yeah....not a fan of the trash outside, there was 17 stray pieces I didn't take pictures of.
